Customers are saying

Customers enjoy the Elite 3 True Wireless In-Ear Headphones for their exceptional sound quality, long battery life, and comfortable fit. Many users appreciate the great sound and noise cancellation, while others find the earbuds comfortable to wear for extended periods. The affordable price point is also a positive factor for many customers. However, some users have experienced connectivity issues, such as only one ear connecting at times, and a few have found the volume to be lacking at its highest setting.

Great for the price and easy simple features

I use these in a warehouse environment and the “hear through” function works great for still being able to hear people and machinery. Not the loudest pair of earbuds I’ve ever owned but they are loud enough and the sound quality is great! The app is very simple and helps improve sound quality depending on what I’m listening to.

Almost perfect... unless you have small ears.

Sound - good! Love that i can use one bud at a time. Battery life - good (but 25% shorter if using hear through mode) Durability - excellent! One earbud fell into a bucket of very hot soapy water and was completely submerged for 20+ minutes. Still works fine! Fit - not good for small ears. The inserted part in the canal is fine, but the body is hard and is uncomfortable against my ear cartilage. I wish there was a soft silicone cover/cushion of some kind for the outer shell. Also, the buds are not flush with the ear, so i cannot comfortably wear ear muffs when using the buds.

I wanted these earbuds to be a lot better than the inexpensive wireless buds I have been using over the last year, but they just aren't. In terms of physical design these are fairly sleek, and because of the shape they barely protrude from my average sized ears. The medium squishies were installed out of the box and fit my ears just fine, and having the buds in for a long time didn't cause discomfort. What I did discover was that the buds control buttons required a bit of a firm press to engage, and there was no good way to do it without pressing the tips uncomfortably far into my ears. The charging/carrying case is basic, compact and rounded enough to be comfortable in my pocket. The batteries in the buds lasted throughout a 10 hour work day, recharged quickly when in the case when switching between ears. The case seemed to charge very quickly, and the use of a USB-C connector instead of a micro USB was a nice surprise. In terms of audio quality, these buds are what I would consider average. When no audio is going through there is an audible hiss from both buds. Music tends to the sharper end of the EQ, though they are very clear across the spectrum. If you like punchy bass these probably aren't a great choice- the low end is crisp and clear, it just lacks oomph. I'm not a bass junkie, but the difference from my other earbuds was noticeable and it made songs with bass and drums just sound "thinner". The audio quality of the integral mics seemed to be quite good both for calls and pass-through audio. These complaints might be correctable had I been able to get the Jabra Sound + app to function with these buds. I don't know if it is because they are so new and they are not yet supported by the app. Though the buds easily paired with phone and a couple of different tablets nothing I tried could get them to work with the app. On my iphone it never seemed like the app could "see" the buds when in pairing mode. On an Android tablet I got further to message that said "Connecting...The headset is establishing connection to the phone" but it never progressed beyond that point. I contacted Jabra tech support online but as of this writing the only response I have received was an acknowledgement that they had received my request for support. Phone support wasn't an option as they are available M-F 8-6, and I opened the buds after 6 pm on a Friday. The description of the app indicates a number of potentially useful features, and it may allow me to adjust the audio more to my taste. Unfortunately I will have to wait and see if there is something tech support can help me with, or possibly for the app to support the buds at a future date. There were a couple of positive features I would like to highlight. First, the ability to hear through the bud's microphone was nice. I use these at work and being able to hear "through" the bud without having to remove it was a good thing on occasion. I also liked that I could use either earbud alone in mono mode, and was not limited to one side as with my older, less expensive buds. It seems like a little thing, but switching ears throughout the day does make it more comfortable for me. Overall, I think these buds are ok, and might potentially be a lot better if the manufacturer's app is able to connect. To me, if they aren't great "out of the box" and they rely on an app to make them better, that is a negative mark. My experience with less sophisticated true wireless buds that sounded better to my ears definitely colors my opinion. At the time of this writing I don't think I would recommend them as the really advanced features are app dependent, and being unable to access the app is a real limitation.

Comfortable, but NOT for the gun range

The Jabra Elite 3 True Wireless In-Ear buds are impressive. the sound quality is amazing for such a mid-range earbud. Comfortable, lightweight. Lasts a good 7-8 hours. READ THE INSTRUCTIONS! These are not active noise cancelling earbuds. I mistakenly tried to use them as hearing protection at the gun range. The HearThrough technology works pretty well. SO well that it was like wearing no earplugs when I took my first shot. I do not recommend using them as electronic hearing protection, but that's on me. For hearing conversations and other ambient noise, they work very well. They're small, small enough to fit under a full face motorcycle helmet comfortably. Sound quality at speed, in a helmet was much better than expected. For exercising, I did have the occasional issue of the right one slipping, but that could be due to not having the correct size plug for my ear. I wouldn't want to do something too vigorous. General gym workouts or treadmill type stuff should be just fine. Hockey/football/rugby not so much. Call quality was decent, though a few people said I sounded slightly "tinny". I love that you can use one at a time and they'll connect just fine to your phone or Bluetooth enable PC/Laptop I do recommend getting the Sound+ app. It takes up minimal memory and provides a number of fine tune adjustments. It's intuitive and easy to use. If you're in the market for some very good, but not overly expensive wire-free Bluetooth earbuds, definitely give these a go!

The sound from these are premium without the premium Jabra Elite price tag. The features are pretty bare bones, especially in the app. The app was easy to pair, but there are only preset sound options with no ability to set custom EQs. The pass-through sound feature using the microphone was great. I enjoy being able to block out exterior sounds when I want to, but allow them in when needed.

These are really going for the price. My only issue is if you turn them up to loud the buzz. But at low to mid level they sound great.

Average Earbuds for an Average Price

They won't blow you away but they aren't bad. In the box you have your standard these are amazing pamphlet, earbuds in battery case very short charging usb-c cable and 4 sets of eartips. Pairing was simple enough put them in and connect to Iphone done. These have actual push buttons on each earbud which is a bad design in my opinion. When you try to push them you end up pushing the earbud further into your ear canal...ouch. There's an app but other than changing the EQ to another preset there's literally nothing you can do with the app. You can't reconfigure the buttons, this is not ok in this day and age. Right bud controls start stop, left bud has hear through mode volume etc. Noise cancelling is pretty good not the best out there but it's good. I was listening to music at maybe half volume and completely missed a co worker trying to talk to me at my back. You will still know you are on the plane but it dull it out some. The charging case also is not wireless charging enabled as well which seems like a huge miss when that is almost a standard feature nowadays. Comfort is ok until you have to push a button and like I said ouch. They didn't feel amazingly secure without any eartip hooks but I get that's not for everyone personally I prefer the hooks for stability. At the price point I stand by my review title they are average. You could do worse under $100 but if you are willing to spend a bit more then you can do better.

I’ve bought these last week and have to say, Jabra finally stepped up against the competition better than ever. I reviewed them on my YouTube channel here: https://youtu.be/Djoqrt3N9S8 Watch my review if you want the long answer, the short answer is get these namely for working out because you FEEL the music for real. The bass, reverb and vibration of sound is so friggin’ good! The solo earbud use makes it hard to believe these are Jabras. Finally!
