The options and settings make it very nice and easy use

Takes getting used to, like all of them--but they come in handy on phone calls and in restaurants. Like it that the company originated in Denmark.

These do improve your hearing.I had mine set on lowest level.Only problem was that they amplified my chewing when eating to the point of distraction and wearing them in a restaurant was one of the main reasons to get them.So I returned them.

App does not connect with hearing aids. Manual adjustment of Microphone levels does not increase volume levels. No telephone number provided for assistance. No response for Email reqests for assistance

The product does work to enhance hearing. it has a tendency to fall out of the ear, even after changing the bud sizes. I am still debating whether to keep the product or return it. The website for Jabra is not very effective and does not adequately cover the Enhanced Plus model, especially the warranty section. Jabra will not replace a lost earbud and advised your only remedy is to purchase another one.

The hardware is great unfortunately the app to run it is terrible. When they worked it was fine but when I had to reset them the setup software would not connect to Jabra so I couldn’t use them anymore. Customer Service kept wanting to replace the hardware. Buy something else.

Hearing Aids work great. The Hearing Aid in one ear does not want to stay in ear. Vented ear gel works best.

I have bought two pair of these Jabra hearing aids, and with both pairs, after about four weeks, the right hearing aid would not charge any longer. I am not going to try a third pair.

Setup: Follow the directions exactly on initial setup as the assembly/setup instructions are clear. Hearing aids worked better than the $4000 ones for my wife. Skip going to doctor to adjust the units as the app does it all. Units will fall out of the ear if installed on an ear canal too small for the smallest cup. These need to have at least 5 size options for the cups and some way to fit these in a smaller ear canal. Without the cup is not an option. This unit didn’t work for me, understanding that my hearing has deteriorated and in need of a hearing aid vs. this otc unit.

Enhanced hearing functions well. Interfaces Well with an IPhone .

They were great when they worked properly. Right earbud would fade in and out intermittently when wearing. Tried changing the eargels but to no avail. Contacted Jabra and they were fantastic. Ultimately ended up returning as the Jabra support recommended.

I couldn’t use, mu ear canal is very narrow, they would not fit my ears.

First off, I admit I didn't give them a full break-in period. However, during the time I did use them they made no significant improvement in my low-moderate hearing loss, hurt my ears, and had a "tinny" sound. For $799, you get what you pay for.

The Jabra hearing aids fit very well in the ear. They're small and lightweight. I like that they fit well. You get plenty of tips so you will be able to find one that fits you ear. In the box you get the hearing aids, charging case, tips of various sizes, and a charging cable. It doesn't take too long to charge the case. Charging is done by way of a USB-C port on the back of the case. Whenever the hearing aids are placed into the case, they begin to charge automatically. I found that I didn't have a problem with the hearing aids batteries lasting for a long time. When not in use, just put them back in the case and they will be charged and ready to go the next time you use them. Regarding sound quality. I'm able to hear things much better and I'm able to pick up on words that I typically have problems hearing. I can tell though that audio is electronically enhanced. My own voice has somewhat of an electronic sound to it, however, audio from my TV doesn't. I also found that, for the most part, the voices of people when they are not standing right next to me didn't seem to have as much of an electronic sound. You can select from 3 modes in the app so you can find one that best works for your situation. The app will take you through setting up a profile that works best for you and you can use it to set the volume. I also noticed that when using Adaptive mode, I sometimes had trouble discerning the direction of some sounds. The hearing aids will also allow you to hear phone calls and music/audio books. That's a good feature as I didn't have to remove the hearing aids in order to listen to audio books and music. Music through them is good, but I wouldn't say it was exceptional. These are hearing aids after all. The clarity of audio books was excellent. So far, my only complaints would be the noticeable electronic sound my voice has and other when they are speaking close to me and the issue of having trouble discerning the direction of some sounds. Both can be adjusted by Jabra with a future firmware update. Overall, these are a big help to me and I'm glad I have them. I'll be looking forward to what additional features and adjustments to existing features that Jabra adds in the future.
