Has a good fitment, but the volume has a bit to be desired. Works great if you are inside, but if you are outside or in a car with any excessive noise, good luck hearing your conversation.

I went in to find a headphone I could attach to my Android - which I took a week just learning how to answer! I walked out with this tiny ear piece that I never knew what it was! I had seen people walk around with ear pieces and talking - but I never knew who to ask and I never knew what "bluetooth" meant. The sales person connected the ear piece to my cell - in 30 seconds. He told me "this is on and off. Tap the side panel lightly, to answer a call, the charger is in the packaging" - and I was outside talking to the air, I mean, into the ear piece like I was some sort of "savvy tecchie TUTU" (grandmother) - very nice.

The Bluetooth is great but it staying in my ear is the problem, I tried the other pieces that come with it but they hurt or don’t fit to well.

Better hearing aid. Lower noise radiation. No underground noises

The device easily connects to multiple devices without issue. The problem is the location of the call/hang up button is so easily triggered (i.e. when adjusting the ear piece, laying down).

I cannot hear the callers voice when I accept calls even with the volume all the way up.

It’s to low picks up all the noise .it doesn’t stand for its expectations

Not a bad blue tooth. Noise reduction is important to me as i work on a farm. For the most part the noise reduction works well. Sometimes i have to put the volume up to max because i can't hear people very well. Other times it's too loud and i have to turn it way down. You can't get very far from the phone with this bluetooth however if my phone it centrally located in the house i can usually keep contact.

Very clear conversation but like most bluetooths, picks up all loud sounds around you. charges easily and quickly, and has long battery life. Its also good looking and very flexible to fit comfortably in your ear

Great battery life, very comfortable, clear. The reason for four stars is the volume could be a little louder.

I like the design because it doesn’t have those ear gels that don’t fit nor stay in. This has a knob that goes into the ear,but it is more like an “over the ear” fit. It doesn’t feel like it is going to fall out doing normal activities [I don’t run or use exercise machines.] The functions are easy to access and use. It’s also very lightweight.

My BFF is learning to use it and I think it's wonderful, sounds clear and easy to set up. Safer for use of a phone in a car. That's why I bought it for her. We are very happy with it so far. Thank you ! Could use a caring case for when it's not being used because it's small and compact. But all in all it's a very nice product.

Bought this for my wife this Christmas. She loves how easy it is to use and said it sounds great. I've talked to her when she is using it and it really cuts down the background noise! Really nice and easy to use little headset.

This Bluetooth is so small yet powerful on battery life. I barely have to charge it. It comes with ear hooks and ear buds that just sit inside the hollow portion of your ear. If you are sensitive like me, it may not be ideal but it's worth a try.

For its price point, good sound quality, easy to use operation is a great value for those who need a quality hands free device. Would recommend this item to friends and family.

Ease of use n easy to connect to any device. Just right for the budget. With it turned-on, no need to look at your phone to know who is calling. It tell who is it and can answer right away.

The headset is good quality. The sound quality if great and it is light enough you hardly know its there. I have 2 minor negative complaints. First the voice for incoming calls and power on info (connection status, battery strength) is a little louder than I'd like and you can't turn that down. Second, the remaining battery strength is given as low/medium/high instead of an estimated talk time.
