Can hear very clear when placed properly in the ear, and the other person cannot hear your background noise. The attached earbuds are easy to come off and get lost. Must be careful when removing from ear.

With easy instructions, this product is great for a first time user of cell phone bluetooth. The features noted definitely came with this product. I have already recommended this to my family and friends.

Needed a bluetooth for while. The sound is great and the price is pretty decent. The ear wrap is probably the worst part about it since it is not the most comfortable but it is also not a distraction.

I like this headset a lot. It's comfortable (this is key) and it allows me to talk to people wirelessly (also key). Setup was of course easy, and it charges fast and holds the charge for a reasonable amount of time. I get mixed reviews on sound quality. I can hear fine, but others intermittently have trouble hearing me. This could be due to my excellent beard, but the microphones should be outward facing, so I don't know why that would be an issue.

Great price and sounds clear... I have trouble keeping the ear bud in my ear though --- probably a personal problem not a mechanical problem though!

The headset was so easy to set up and connect to my phone. When I'm talking on the phone everything is so clear.

My company vehicle does not have Bluetooth so I have to use an ear piece. This one cancels out all unwanted noise and has great battery life.

It's nice but the battery goes fast and is not long as advertised. The volume isn't too great but I make due. I got this because my brother has one. I returned a plantronics for this.

This is one of the best Bluetooth's I've ever purchased. It's very clear, awesome noice cancellation and fits very comfortably in my small ear canals. I'm seriously thinking about purchasing another one for a spare in case my Aunt talks my battery dead, that takes a long time but she's done it a few times now. I love my Bluetooth ❤️

I use this device while walking long distances in the elements and the sound quality is clear despite the wind and/or rain.

Love this Bluetooth. Has great reception, but does cut off about 50 ft away. Perfect for driving and shopping.

great headset was a replacement for an old one that would not hold charge anymore sound is great and this headset is compact

Jabra did this time with this product. The noise cancelling feature it the best. Easy to pair and operate.

This Bluetooth headset is small and can take some getting use to. I usually put the headset into my ear after I am getting a call. With this headset, I continuously hang up on the person calling because the answer/hang-up button is located at a position where I am pushing to insert the headset into my ear. Just takes some getting use to (remember to grasp the headset at the very top instead of from the side). Seems to work well other than the issue mentioned.

Has worked out well. Small size but ear attachements to large. I placed my old one on it and fits perfectly

No complaints with this headset. It connects easily to my phone, holds a good charge and has clear audio.

These may say noise cancellation but when in use, the other person on the other end can hear your radio playing, wind blowing, and people talking. It doesn't matter if your home or traveling in your vehicle, it's not noise cancelling. If your want noise cancelling then this is definitely not for you. However the sound quality is very good. It clean and clear when it comes to hearing the other person on the other end
