We offer different size ear gels in each box to allow people to find the perfect fit. it sounds like you might have had ear gels on that were too large. Making it difficult to stay put in your ear as well as hurting your ears. Unfortunately, since you returned them we can't trouble shoot the noise on the calls, but in the future we offer a range of ways to trouble shoot any issues, set up or questions you may have about your product.
