It's easy and comfortable, the sound is great. I would like to get another one for my spouse.

I had a cheaper Bluetooth ear bud but it "flaked out," The volume control quit working and the volume tended to change by itself. I browsed the selection and found this one. It looked good to me so I bought it without reading product reviews. It works like a charm and the sound is great. Had to make some adjustments to the ear piece to get it in the proper position. I love the ease of answering phone call also.

This is a great product but it keeps calling off my ear it finally fell one day and was run over this rendered it useless.

This item picks up a ton of back ground noise, so says my clients. It also does not fit my ears as I expected it would but that's just me.

this was the second from cheapest and it was worth paying a little more it fits better and can hear better..recommend it.

This Bluetooth is comfortable to wear, has good sound both for listening and being heard.

It is okay. The ear piece doesn't fit well in the ear. Also if you wear glassed it will move the earpiece away from the ear.

I found this headset to have reasonable sound clarity and very good voice pick up. The best thing about it is the voice commands. It was very easy to answer calls and the caller ID system works well. The biggest downfall is comfort. I am on the phone for 8 hours a day and I had a hard time keeping this in my ear. Some days it felt like putting small Lego in my ear. Other days it was comfortable but it hardly felt secure, it was constantly falling out. I am a big fan of Jabra, but this was not their best.

Buds hurt my inner ear over time, this is so much better. Like the way it works and sounds

Product not a good fit for someone who has a job that has them doing physical labor or with loud machines in the background.

This is not the best ear piece I've used. It doesn't hug the ear very well. I will have to keep searching for a better product

Has good sound and does not fall off without me noticing as some of the smaller ones have. My negative point is that it does not say "disconnected" when you move too far away from it, which another brand does and is VERY handy in making sure you don't leave it somewhere! This one makes a small sound (disconnecting sound) which is just not noticeable! Really miss that!!! (I would recommend it, but would also caution about the lack of notice that you are about to leave your phone somewhere!!!)

I love that I finally found a Bluetooth that I can operate easily and that it connects to multiple devices. I use with my cell and iPad for business conferences.

Range is decent. The other caller says it a bit muffled but understandable. Super comfy I wear this all day.

I love the fit and comfort of it. However the battery life isn't as stated. Also it's difficult to connect the charger.

Good enough earpiece with great battery. Takes time to get ear adjusted to fit yet comfortable afterwards.

This Bluetooth headset is lightweight and well-balanced over-the-ear. I use it everyday for work. I do get comments that there's a lot of noise in the background and also that background noise is magnified on the other end. However the earpiece is comfortable and I can't even tell most of the time that I have it in my ear. I also use it when running in the morning and it stays put even when I Sprint. Music comes through crisp and clear!

it does the job, i don't have blue tooth in my car, which is the only time i use it. i wish it could go a little louder

Nice device great sound it just didn't fit my ears right. I think maybe my ears are too small for the device. LOL

This headset did not fit my ear in order to comfortably us it. Therfore I have no idea of the quality of the unit.
