Comfortable headset

The only negative aspect about the unit is that it is difficult to open the port to attach the charging cord. The placement and design of the charging port is poorly designed. More research into the design would be wise. The only reason I gave this item a 4 star rating is because of the location and difficulty with the charging port.

Great but has common issues

Problems: *it has a digital sound distortion occasionally even when you are holding your phone. *it comes with an extremely short charging cord, kind of annoying. *it is not easy to get it to stop reading a text to you when you get texts you don't want read to you, nutty you don't want to turn off the text read function for other texts.
