We are sorry to hear you had some connectivity issues with the Jabra Storm. Sounds like it might have needed a software update. Sometimes there are newer versions of the BT software and our products need to be updated to be able to communicate with the most up to date software.
If this happens in the future feel free to reach out to our product support team for any issues you may be having. They can troubleshoot over the phone and replace the unit if necessary.

Had two of these

The controls for this device were not well thought out either. I returned the product. Also the orange earpiece attachment came off constantly

This Bluetooth stinks.

One size & to light
