Nice! Doesn't necessarily fit into my ear properly...I feel I'm constantly adjusting, but sound quality and performance is unmatched.

    Over engineered

The Jabra Storm is an aesthetically pleasing headset. However, the care and effort invested in designing this product is precisely the reason why using it has proven difficult. First, the ear bud designed to sit in one's ear doesn't sit quite as well as other competitors. As a result, the sound quality suffers tremendously. Second, I took several test calls only to have the caller repeatedly tell me they couldn't hear me. That defeats the purpose of my purchase. Finally, the functional elements of the device are small and not very intuitive. This may be an OK unit for a casual user with smaller fingers, but it is not good enough if you need it to for business reasons.

    Almost a great headset

Purchased as a replacement to a Jabra Wave Plus I wore out over years of use. Best Bluetooth headset I've had. While the audio of the Storm is more clear, the fit is worse w/ poor fitting earpieces and no options in size. More troublesome for my use is the short battery life. I'd overlook the loose fit if it wasn't warning me of low battery before I was through lunch, especially with a published battery life of 10 hrs of talk time. I'd trade for a working Jabra Wave Plus any day.

    "ST8 GARBAGE" STAYYYY AWAYYYYY

First off this freakin thing automatically answers a call without you even knowing. When u receive a call, it says to answer say yes or no??? If there's any noise at ALLLLL around u ((radio, people chattin, etc.)) it will automatically just answer da call!!! Dats Loco!!! In addition, this Bluetooth relies on a companion app from Jabra dat doesn't even work half da time. It's supposed to keep u informed about da battery level, etc. ST8 GARBAGE!!! Bluetooth also disconnects randomly @ times for no reason!!! I've guinea pig'ed this p.o.s. for a week now, and it's goin ST8 back to Best Buy...Stay away from this garbage!!!! ((Btw I'm using a Galaxy S6))

I can hear the person very well but they can't hear me or I sound like I'm in a can. I drive a stick so a bluetooth is a must have and this unit let me down from day one.

    Very small ...

While I wanted to love this headset it has to go back. Very small piece that hurt my ear after just an hour of wearing. No way to adjust it at all. I'm not a big person, but it was just plain awkward. I especially didn't like that when a call comes in, you only have two choices -- answer or don't answer. Unless you're looking at your phone, you won't know who is calling you. (So much for being hands free!) Taking it back to the store and will get something "better" that announces who the caller is.

This has a GPS tracking device on it just in case you lose it in the house or wherever it's a really nice item the sound is decent not the best but it's definitely one of the top-of-the-line ones and the price is better then anything else you can find

I did like the comfort of the assembly on my ear but the noise interference was too much to tolerate. I ended up returning it and getting Motorola Boom Bluetooth Headset Black 89605N.

The unit no longer chargers only after having it for three months. I contacted Jabra and they are going to replace it. However, I am most likely not going to use it. I will be looking for another brand or model to use.

    Horrible Sound Quality

I've purchased these as a backup for my plantronics and I must say that compared to them, these have very poor sound quality. They don't get very loud and they don't do a good job of projecting sound into your ear canal.

Not as loud as other earpieces I've used. Complaints that mic wasn't picking up voice very well, Disappointed in what should have been a winning item from a market leading brand
