Quality is ok, however the fit wasn't great. I was not able to find an ear piece size that would securely keep the unit from falling out of my ear.

The earpiece worked great and had a greater range than I thought it would. Also the sound quality of incoming calls was great!

I bought this earpiece because I had lost my Plantronics Voyager Legend. I'd seen my coworker with the Jabra, so I thought it would work great for me since I didn't have problems hearing him. I was wrong. Everyone always tells me I sound so far away! Luckily I found my other earpiece, so I only use this one as a backup. I think it's generally a good earpiece, but I received the bad one out of the batch.

I think it is a great sound piece, there are times when it doesn't work due to wind or needing to be changed.

Good sound, but fits around and underneath the ear, unlike other bluetooth devices. Takes a little getting used to...however, the silicone earpiece keeps falling off at the slightest bump. Good sound, would recommend getting other devices. The earpiece issue makes this a Don't Recommend from me.

Overall the device is pretty well made and works awesomely. The only reason I did not give it a 5 star was because of the discomfort you can get if you don't have the headset on properly. Great product and Battery life is prettt standard about 10 hrs on a 1.5hr charge.

Thought I would like the behind the ear model like this but it did not fit so good. Could just be my ear

I actually bought this by accident. I was looking at a few and managed to make it to the register with it still in my hand. I almost said no but then I thought to myself I really needed one anyway so why not this one. I'm glad I kept it. I have not had any issues with it at all other than forgetting where I left it (when not using it.)

Not exactly what I wanted. The fit was bulky and not very comfy when wearing earrings. Returned it.

I love this earpiece. I have very small ears and always have a hard time finding a Bluetooth that would perfectly fit without falling off my ear. It stays in place. I even forget that I have it on, that's how confortable it is. Noise reduction is great.

The storm is a great head to use with the new bluetooth 4.1. Has great sound ..

This is my first time using this brand. Works great. No dropped calls.

Good headset for the everyday communication. Comfort for long use. Great battery life. Only bad thing I found with this headset is volume maximum is average volume, but that might have more to do with my lack of hearing.

Good mic pickup from side, and easy on the ears for long duration.
