Not really impressed with the amount of actual talk time. Seemed a bit short.

it's my favorite one... I've tried others... nothing is perfect but this product works great... it's made of metal which makes it strong, clear sound and long battery life.

Pairing 5/5 Connection 5/5 Audio Quality 5/5 Comfort 5/5 Battery 1/5 Ironically the battery is the only problem I have, because this is suppose to have 10 hours talk time and days of standby time, but I go about 6 hours on full charge, then start hearing "battery low" chime. I returned it and got a new one but experienced the same problem. My phone is a Samsung Note 5.

I've used other Bluetooth headsets and this one has best sound.

It's a great ear piece,the sound quality is #1,it was easy to connect and the time to charge it fully was roughly about 2hrs first time but it holds a charge at least for me 3 days it could stand better earpiece cushions

The maximum volume on this is not that great but liveable. My biggest complaint is that whenever I speak to people they say they don't hear me well. Once I disconnect it they hear me much better. Unfortunately I already threw away the packaging otherwise I would bring it back and get a better one.

This has great sound and some great features but is a little bulky. Still haven't quite gotten used to it and it's apt to come off easier than the small, older ones. Still the sound quality out weighs all that.

I've had a lot of Bluetooth so I'm familiar with the different features. I've had difficulties with the volume. It doesn't get very loud. Also, it doesn't grip my ear very well. Will probably not purchase this again.

I do love the ear piece, is by far the most comfortable ear piece I've ever had in 15urs of product use. No complaints of it being able to hear me clearly, and I can hear the other party very well.

The device is good for the price. The only issue is the volume control. It is a little difficult to control and I wish the volume was a little louder. Other that the device works fine. The sleek design is great!

Sound is good...easy to connect..would recommend to friends

Pairing was easy. I had to keep the volume up all the way. On the other end, they heard voice suppressed and noise enhanced. After a couple of weeks of occasional use, it made a crackling noise. Then it didn't connect any more.

Sound quality is good. Could be louder, but it's acceptable. It took a few tries, but it fits fine and is comfortable enough.
