I have had it for about a month. I was great 3 weeks. in the last week i have hard two people say my voice is breaking. I will keep for couple more month and see what happens.

Charges quickly, easy set up. Sound is good. I do wish it would fit into my ear better...

Pairing this device with my iPhone was very simple. The over eat design makes it very comfortable to wear for long periods of time.

I've been using this bluetooth for about a week now and it has worked perfectly. Would like a little more battery life, but it's long enough that you will have no problems.

Isn't that the point of these things, to stay in one's ear. I have to keep my finger pressed against it to keep it in. Waste of money. All single, one ear pieces are impossible to keep in one's ear. I've bought 8 different models. A small fortune!

It's a good device the sound is good but want stay in my ear it don't have a tight fit in the ear.

Needs more Volume. Fit is not as comfortable as I am use to and the ease of use is only so so.

Bought this bluetooth headset to try it because the one I wanted was sold out. This headset constantly connects and disconnects from my phone even though the phone is in my pocket. When answering phone calls, it asks "To answer call, say yes" but when you try to say "yes", it will not answer the call. Also when you try to talk to someone, sometimes the person on the other line cannot hear you clearly. I do not recommend buying this.

I do a lot of driving and this has been great! Nobody hears any background noise and the range is awesome! I've walked away and forgotten to grab my phone and it kept the call. I've not had any dropped calls and the battery life has been really good. My only issue, and it's a small one, is that it can get uncomfortable. Usually this only happens when I've been on it for more than an hour.

The microphone failed on the first one I had in 2 1/2 weeks. Best Buy replaced it. I don't have any complaints other than that. Good value. Buy the extended warranty.

All Bluetooth Devices seem to have call quality that's great at first and fade over time. It's a good device; but like everything else that I have tried Bluetooth.

It last all day, the sound quality is good. The only problem I have, is it hurts my ear.

It works good just not what I was wanting. Don't exactly like the way it fits my ear and battery doesn't last as long as I would like. Other than that it is a good product.

Although this earpiece was comfortable to wear it had zero noise cancelling so it would pick up every little noise around me. I had to return it and purchase a Jabra Motion.

The fit is very comfortable and the ear piece fills very secure. The battery will not last more than 6 hours. I was hoping it would make it through an entire workday.

This little gem works so well I am now wishing I had bought the most expensive one this brand Jabra had to offer.

I've been trying to find a Bluetooth that doesn't hurt my ear, but alas, this one did hurt my ear also. It says on the box it's good for all day wearing, but I don't think that they took wearing glasses into the picture. Sound was very good and clear, but all 3 times I've used it I've gotten a headache about 30 min later. Not sure if it's related or not...
