It was almost fully charged when I got it. Simple to set up and use.

I had a different brand cut out all the time..this product does not cut out. So far very dependable. Good reception and people can't tell I'm on an ear piece. Hands free so you can still work and talk at the same time....

Light weight ear piece, that goes over the ear. My husband has trouble hearing with ear pieces, but has had no problems hearing others when talking on the phone with the Jabra headset. Would highly recommend.

I bought this headset because I had a previous model that I really like. I do not particularly like headsets that go in my ear so I thought this would be perfect. This headset was just ok. It claims to have automatic volume control but I don't think it works. I wish it had volume control on it as the previous model does. It also has a hard acrylic ear clip that after wearing for a few hours begins to make your ear hurt. The quality of the device itself was good and it was easy to setup and use.

Hands free you mean? This is it. Cheap, small and lightweight.

Ear piece is nice and comfortable, but sound was a little off, besides that it is pretty good.

I really like the way it is design really sleek, but talking on it for awhile the mic mutes its self and you have too pick up the phone or have the person on the phone hang up ! I'm going to return it and see if a new one does the same thing because I really like it lets give it a second chance.

I lover the adjustable ear piece which makes it very comfortable to wear. The sound quality is great and the noise cancellation is amazing. People on the other end don't even know I'm using a Bluetooth. The only thing i don't like is that i constantly need to charge it.

Great noise cancellation. Fits the earlobe great without being inside the ear canal. Holds charge a long time. Notifies you of text, Messenger and when you have walked out of radius of your phone.

can be tight on the back of the ear causing some discomfort when wearing for extended time

Hi and GOD Bless you. What a great headset!!! I ride a motorcycle and use it to hear my gps. It's very clear and loud enough to hear as I ride. Also, it holds a charge for a long time.

This is my 3rd one since my job evnviorenment seems to be deadly to them. However this is a great bluetooth ear piece with just one exception! The Ear Loop! The plastic its made of is hard and after long periods it begins to hurt really bad.

It was very good, but wasn't working well for my iPhone 7+, when I make WhatsApp calls internationally. But when I make normal calls it great and sounds beautifully. But it works beautiful with android phones. Whether it WhatsApp calls or normal calls.

This head set feels great and has good sounds quality.
