good battery life buttons take some getting used to

Reception is nice and standby time is great. Love it

The comfort of using it long term is not the best, the design of the hook that go over your ear is quite stiff, hurt my ear after a short time of use, overall, sound is great and it looks classy

Purchased this item for the price and quality. Served it purpose without spending too much. Charges quickly and lasts for a good length of time.

Has very good sound and people hear me well, I have not had complains about not been hear on the other side. The behind the ear support is not very good, it fits on the piece very tight and it is hard to set it uo in other position, I was afraid of breaking it; however it comes with an inner ear attachment and I was able to remove completely the behind the ear support; I find it very comfortable and it does Not fall from the ear, at the beginning I was afraid the piece drop from the ear, but I have been using it for a few weeks and it has not fallen any time.

Its nice to be able to drive truck without worrying about holding my phone and shifting gears. Sounds great. Just wish it was a little more comfortable around the ear.

I liked my flip one better for sound quality - it's ok, but I kept breaking the flip one, so went for a different one - it works for someone not trying to conduct business with it as it's tough to hear callers - also liked that the flip one announced the number calling so could ignore the non-important ones

Good sound, easy operation too. My only complaint is it can make your ear sore after wearing for very long. It can be hard to get on also. I need both hands to get on my ear.

As some of my other reviews have notated, I'm usually weary of simple things that cost a premium price. However, while I was staring at the rack of BT headsets, not only did this look the least obtrusive, but it actually is: it's an ON-EAR headset. The good news is that other than a price higher than the value of what this headset actually does, it offers solid voice quality being not inside your ear, and feedback from people on the other end is that I sound crystal clear (on 4-5 bars for testing reasons, of course). I only recommend it on sale or if you have some sort of coupon, but otherwise it's a solid BT headset.

Fits nice and is light (especially w/o the plastic over the ear thing - that hurts). Audio is clear; however, Bluetooth constantly drops/reconnects. Not sure if it's my iPhone or the earpiece.

Easy to setup and use Bluetooth. Displays battery life on cellphone to know when to charge device. Only issue I have is that the clip hurts my ear.

The sound quality of the unit is very good. I gave the unit to my son because it hurt my ears. It does not appear to hurt his.

Motorola Boom broke while I was on road, so I bought another one of another brand. I wore it as far as the next exit with the same big box store and returned it. Arrived in Cape Girardeau, showed broken Boom to associate and told him I had an extended warranty. He volunteered that particular model tended to fail the way mine had, and suggested the Jabra, which was the same price. He did an even swap and transferred my warranty with it. Great customer service. I haven't found any headset I like, but the Jabra gets the job done. Callers have no trouble hearing me.

Good sound going and coming in. I miss my "old" bluetooth that I could press a button and connect to Siri and she would connect calls I needed to make not just answer!

Have tried many of the other styles. This one sits on the ear not in it, but the volume is good with good quality. The Ear hoop is a little stiff and after a while you do start to notice it is there. Overall good one for the money.

This Bluetooth has clear voice, and really effective, you can accept calls with ease, it is also light on the ear, long battery time

I was looking for something simple so that I could drive my work vehicle safely and be hands free from distractions. Simple connectivity and enough battery life for a 8hr day.

I purchased this Bluetooth to replace a Samsung Bluetooth that died after one month. The Jabra is solid both in performance and stamina. The nothing in the ear option is very comfortable!
