I appreciate the sound quality and those I talk to regularly noticed improvement on their end, but no matter how I adjust it, it hurts the back of my ear and I will be returning it. Sound quality doesn't matter when you don't even want to wear it due to pain from the over the ear plastic holder.

This Bluetooth is very easy to use....its lightweight and the sound quality is very good

The only problem with this unit is the clear molded ear hook. It causes pain after wearing it a few hours. Simple solution... take it off before or when you notice the discomfort.

Nice ear piece. Easy to set up, easy to use. Crisp & clear sound. My only dislike is the plastic piece that wraps up & around your ear. One size DOES NOT fit all. The piece that comes with this is for small ears only. I did have to purchase larger ones elsewhere. Other than that I love this Bluetooth device.

It's compact and those on the other end report reasonably good sound; however, it is very, very difficult to hear when driving. Not being able to adjust volume manually is very frustrating and for that reason alone, I would not purchase this again or recommend.

This blue tooth device works good. It doesn't take much to put in your ear and the ear hook keeps it place. Plus it comes with both a wall charger and a car charger as well

I love it! I hate things in my ears, and this just snuggle on the outside. Clarity is almost better than just holding the phone.

Good headset, sound quality is very good. Good value for the price. The ear clips hurt my ears, but that could just be my body makeup and not a product flaw. I did returned them for this reason, so I recommend trying them on first if you are picky on fitment.

This Bluetooth earpiece has good volume and clear sound. The fit is perfect for me as I do not like constant in ear pressures.

Wish it had higher volume and volume control. It's is a wonderful piece because it don't fit in the inner ear

Good sound quality. Can't figure out what the beeps mean. The online information from the website doesn't give you anything. With the earbud on, it was painful to wear but with it off, it almost feels like it is going to fall off. People say I sound like I'm in a tunnel.

I liked the design where it's not going into ears. But the ear clip is hurting backside of my ear. I tried for the both ears. Same issue. Quality of sound and mic are okay for the price. Since it is hurting backside of the ears I wouldn't recommend this to anybody.

Lightweight and durable at the same time. Great sound, with low noice interference.

Good quality. Performs as promised. Happy I dont need to stick a plug in my ear and can just lay the speaker over my ear.

I have been buying Plantronics Headsets for years, but the earpieces wore out quickly and broke off. I was getting sick of having to fork over another $100 for another new one. The Jabra, however, runs for half the money, and is every bit as good as a Plantronics. Wish I knew about Jabra sooner.

The sound is great. Great design and really comfortable being on the ear for a long time. Only draw back is that the microphone seems to disconnect while speaking. It happens a lot while in the middle of a conversation you can hear the person on the other line and he couldn’t hear you and he can hear you fine if you disconnect the blue tooth.

Love it can use in car an home an out walking an not miss a call,plus is great for listening to radio.

This product has great quality for both hearing your call and being heard. It doubles as headphones and is great for anyone that doesn't like or can't have anything in their ears. The over the ear piece pinches a little at first but this is the 3rd one I have owned and love it.

Still learning how to use - and how to switch quickly from ear Bluetooth to car Bluetooth. But I'm a beginner at this and hope it will be easier with time
