Audio quality, both mic and speaker, are very good. But, ear gel doesn't fit well, and the over-the-ear hook is so stiff it hurt my ears within an hour.

This Bluetooth headset is very light weight and smooth! The Bluetooth as often as I do, I forget that it is actually on my ear because of its light weight. Well worth the money, and the microphone piece that sticks out does not get in the way nor does it bother you while wearing.

I'm really impressed with the clarity of sound. It's a great price too. Works well. The only negative thing is that it's not that comfortable around the ear. It hurts after wearing it for a while.

I would like to know where can I purchase the inserts for the earpiece because the one that came with the earpiece is too large for my ear.

An excellent device that has outstanding sound and voice quality. Easily lasts over a full day. Only complaint is that B.B. took 1.5 weeks for delivery

this product is very easy to use and pair.. but you cant control the volume and only can pair one device at a time..

This headset has pretty good sound quality for something relatively inexpensive. The ear-gel option is a nice alternative to the over-ear hook, but if I'm moving about or walking quickly, I need to adjust it regularly to keep it from falling out.

Light weight, easy to use. Takes a little getting use to, earpiece sits on the outside of your ear, so you don’t get ear wax on your Bluetooth device, but I think that’s a great feature

This headset does the job it's supposed to. It comes with 2 ear piece fixtures. However, it can be uncomfortable fit.

I've used several blue tooth headsets, this one is the best I've ever had. I would purchase again.

Had high hopes for this headset being that it was manufactured by Jabra. I was very wrong. This headset has two flaws. I paired this headset up with my Galaxy III phone and could barely hear the person on the other end of the phone call. The second problem was I could not be more than 10 feet away from my cell phone before I'd lose connection.

The major thing I don't like about it is that I can't control the volume. I like to listen to books from my kindle while I'm driving but the volume isn't adjustable so they're hard to hear. Next, the earhook is fragile and has broken. Now I'm constantly fighting with the thing to stay in my ear. Your money is best spent on something else.
