This product comes with two earloops (probably in case one is lost), but they are both the same size. Notice in the photo of the headset, it is not a large-sized earloop. So wrapping it around my ear gives me a headache after just 15-20 minutes of use. The headset itself, does a GREAT job, with crystal-clear sound transmission. It also accurately transmits speech to the other person on the line.

The old one has a push button on the front this one does but its invisible and you have to press on your ear a little harder. Overall its fine, just took a little time to get used to. This model is louder as well.
