I had a previous Jabra mono bluetooth that looked very much like this one so I was excited to see what improvements they made to the newest version. I have to say I was disappointed. It was very uncomfortable to wear. More on that in a bit. The button placement was just fine. The volume up and down were right under the power button behind the ear and would be easy to get used to the placement. The call answer/play/pause button was right over the ear cushion. Easy enough to remember as well. The issue is the ear cusion was flat that was meant to sit right outside of the ear opening and not go into the ear canal. The angle of the flat edge was not sharp, but it was enough to hurt. I tried all of the cushions to find if any were better but sadly, that was not the case. I had hoped to wear it for the entire evening to be able to get a feel for ambient sounds as well and just overall feel having it on, but I couldn't get past that discomfort. Pushing on the answer button just increased the discomfort. Also, the part that goes behind the ear squeezed tightly so it also created discomfort behind the ear as well. I couldn't wear it more than a few minutes at a time. It's functionality worked normally or as to be expected. Calls were clear and those I was speaking with said they could hear me clearly with little to no background noise as well.I can't say I recommend this unit and I really wanted to like it!
