Microphone volume is very low. About 1/3 of the phones normal level. After complaints from the friends and family I talked with on my phone and skype. Tested audio recordings with and without using the Jam Contour Yelling into the little mic hole in the top right side seemed to give me the best audio level I could get which was still lower than normal voice level of using my phone. Earphone audio level and quality seem all right Pairing was easy and power saving isn't to big a deal. ANC works all right (plane noise is reduced)

I tried many ANC headphones before but this by far the best. Didn't find any reviews anywhere on the net for these headphones and I think Best Buy is the only place that carries them. I just browsing through the headphones when I saw these and decided to give them a try and am i glad that I did.

    Has Some Annoying Issues

The sound quality is good, however, the sound quality for the other side of the call does not seem to be very good. Noise reduction does not seem to provide much correction for that problem. The ear buds we lost within the first week. The most annoying feature is the "Idle Timeout" where the headset automatically disconnects if it doesn't detect sound input within 15 minutes. This means that I have to keep turning the device back on repeatedly during a commute, meaning it may be unavailable when a call comes in. Apropos of the "Idle Timeout" feature, while the headset may disconnect from the device(s), if noise canceling is left turned on, the headset continues to use up the battery. The headset also does not always connect properly, necessitating that I go to settings on my phone or tablet and force a connection.
