DO NOT BUY!!

After a month and a half the rubber started separating from the plastic on the headpiece. I believe the item should not be having this issue so soon after purchase. I took the item back the store with the original receipt and original packaging to obtain a refund. I was told that I had to take my issue up with the manufacturer and the store could not process me a refund. After talking to several employees and then being forced to talk to an 800# they finally agreed to issue a store credit.
