Stoped charging on day 2. Returned for a different pair.

The cover over the earpiece kept coming off. My 10 yr old son broke it within 2 months.

Save your money for something better than these. Bass isn't all that. But they work

These headphones barely made it to one year of use. Glad I got the service plan.

These headphones are great! Battery life is excellent, they are comfortable, great price, and most importantly the sound quality is excellent. I even bought a pair for a good friend! If you are looking for inexpensive headphones that have quality sound then look no further!

Cheap so I wasn't expecting much but when I used it only one earphone worked.

Lasted three days after purchase, they fell apart at the ear phone

Spent close to $50 dollars only for the ear cushions to start coming off after a day of use. They never fully stayed on and kept falling off. It was an unnecessary hassle. Eventually went somewhere else and bought headphones that were more durable. In less than a month's time.

Ear-covering is a uncomfortable . Would not reccomend

Most uncomfortable headphones I have ever worn. Hard plastic head band with no padding. Controls clustered on one earpiece make it almost impossible the use. Way over priced for product quality.

Stopped charging after 4 weeks, so it does not work anymore. I contacted Jam customer service via email and still have not received a reply

We got them for our kid to have on the plane. The earpiece fell off once on plane. Returned to bestbuy at destination and same thing Halle Ed on flight home. Have not yet returned but will get refund and not another pair.

I bought these after returning the skullcandy crushers. Theses are 20 time better, 50 bucks cheaper, wireless and a hellofa lot louder.

This item isn't made good. I had to exchange it 7 times in less than a year until I finally gave up and chose something else. I would not recommend this item to anyone.

Headphones fell apart after just a few uses. Would not recommend this Jam headphones. The was also hard to connect to multiple devices for some reason.

These broke before they were able to be used. I plugged them in to charge and the port broke off inside the headphones.

In less than two weeks, they would no longer charge. Returned and spent more for a better brand.

This headset has the perfect max volume and high sound quality. Like a few others have said, I wish it charged faster, but with an 11 hour battery charge, it's a minor issue. There is never any distortion. It's not going to blow your eardrums out like skull candy, and Bose would be even better sound quality. But that being said, you can't find better for less than $150. I'd love to see Jam make a noise canceling version that goes for about $100. :)

These headphones only work about half of the time. They are difficult to configure on my Win 8.1 computer as well as my Chromebook
