Great headphones
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These have good sound, and if you've ever used the smaller Bluetooth phones (and even some bigger ones) with one button for everything you'll appreciate the separate buttons for volume and track selection. Great replacement for the TWO pairs of headphones I unknowingly threw away...

Less than what you pay for
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased these online and picked them up at my local store. That by itself should have been painless but my local store pulled the wrong color and on the first visit made me wail almost an hour even though the online notification system said they were ready for pick up. But, I digress. The real problem comes from the fact that I have owned these less than 3 months and they no longer work. They won't take/keep a charge They do work with the supplied audio cable. But, what is the point of the bluetooth function if you can't use it? I will say they sound really good for a low end headset. The sound quality is why they got 2 stars. But as far as longevity or durability they are not good. I will be very reluctant to purchase this brand again

OK sound, but everything else is terrible
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Just like title says, sound is OK, clear, with moderate isolation. OK for price of $55 However, everything else, is so... terrible - They are lightweight, but very shabby and cheap construction. The paint got chipped off within an hour of use - I carried them on my neck .. - Very flimsy construction, I keep thinking they are going to break just from touching them, so takes an extra effort to secure them, while on the go, which defies the purpose of portability And the worst of all - when it comes to charging them !! The charging jack is soo shaky, it get charged ONLY by certain position with something supporting the jack. I think it was broken from the start, but with (item 1) paint chipped off within an hour of use, I could not return them anymore... VERY NOT RECOMMENDED !! For the same price, there are plenty of alternative.

Sounds good until.......
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. They sound great, especially for the price, but I've had a problem with the usb port loosening up on 2 different pairs. Once that happens, they won't charge.

Good for the price
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These are great for the price. They would be better with noise cancelling but at this price point didn't expect it. My son loves them so there you go.

OK for a small person
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. They sound OK but they can not be classified as over the ear unless you have very small ears. The ear pieces are so small that they might be over the ear for a little kid. Also the strap that goes over the head doesn't extend out far enough. The ear piece sets at the top of my ear.

Very nice sound, but HORRIBLE build quality
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had these for less than 24 hours, and both cushions already fell off. They go back on easily, but it should not happen. The battery doesn't last more than 2 hours after a full charge. The plastic rattles as well making it a distraction when using. The sound quality is very good though.

Poorly Made
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got these headphones after reading the good reviews and seeing that they were an affordable price. I didn't want to replace my old set but they fell apart on me. After only having these headphones for a month, the rubber part on the headband staring to fall off. Since I was still under warranty, I attempted to contact the manufacturer but they never got back to me. After a second attempt, they told me that I could get a replacement for them but I would have to send mine back and wait at least 4 weeks to get a replacement. These aren't worth the hassle.

Good Sound But Zero Customer Service
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought these headphones about a six weeks ago. They had really good sound for the price. They don't support pairing to multiple devices at once, so you have to re-pair them every time you want to use them, which I was aware before purchasing them. However, trying to re-pair them was problematic. I would have to frequently turn them off and back on multiple times to get them to pair to a different device. I have other Bluetooth devices and have never had this issue before. About a week ago the right speaker sound level dropped dramatically compared to the left speaker. I tried multiple devices that work fine with other Bluetooth headphones with the same results. I realize sometimes equipment fails and wasn't overly upset about this. But, the kicker, and why I'm rating them so low, is that I can't get Customer Service to respond to me. Their phone support hours are 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM Monday through Friday. If you live in the Mountain time zone like I do and have a job, you can't call support. They do have a web form you can fill out, but they don't respond to that. So, basically, after six weeks, I have a odd shaped paper weight. I would shy away from their products since if you have an issue, you won't be able to get it fixed.
