these are awesome. great sound and bass response. sturdy and easy to use.

I didn't know that when I used it to connect it to my PS3 (Mia_Becky8) to talk to other gamers, it didn't work. I still have it though when I ride my bicycle/city bus to get places. Oh well, at least I got it on sale. :\

This is the most frustrating pair of headphones I have ever owned. The connection gets randomly lost between the headhpones and the computer, and it says they are connected while at the same time giving me an error that the connection attempt has failed. I have to re-start my computer to even get them to be recognized, and as of right now I can't even get them into pairing mode no matter what I do. I am using these with an Acer Republic of Gamers laptop running Windows 8.1.

Great all around works as they should and great value

Works great with my tablet & phone, but doesn't work on laptop (tried Win7, Win8, Mac OSX & Ubuntu). Jam tells me that it is a PC issue & I need to contact the vendor, but I have an older Jabra headset that works fine. I took these back & bought a new Jabra (that is gold). Don't waste your time.

I purchased with geek squad service plan first set lasted about 4 months when they quit charging. now got second set (replacement) on 9/5/2015 and they now have quit charging.

Headphones worked great for about a month of steady usage.Bluetooth stopped charging unit.Lining came apart from head band with wires exposed.Stopped working

Should you have any questions not addressed clearly in the instructions, you're SOL. They may respond at some point, however that wasn't my experience. I returned them and will go with a different brand.

Got this for my sister for Christmas and she loved it.

These Headphones are nice but the cushions on the ear phone will fall off. I have constantly had this problem, that being the only problem

1. The transmission via Bluetooth is not clear. The sound gets chopped many times. (I had another headset - Motorola - which was much better). 2. The rubber band around the arc felt. 3. After a month, it is not charging anymore.

Product was solid for about 3-4 weeks. After that, stopped holding a charge. Only stays charged about 30 minutes.

1st, the bass started to fade, then the rubber head piece came off. Now the earphone cover has come off. I've had these things less that 9 months & now I have to buy new ones. These Jam headphones have been nothing but trouble & definitely not worth the price.

The got connected less the a minute. I just got tire of keed connecting to the Bluetooth. I think the price says everything. I thought it was a good product because of the reviews but those are just lies. My headphones still new and I decided to return them they could not beause it was I think more than a month. I would never recommend This, not even getting paid for that. It doesn't deserve a star, but I couldn't process my review without checking one.

Bought the phones for my son for Christmas 2016, as of this date March 5th 2017 the phones will no longer take or hold a charge. Would assume with all the positive reviews, we might have a defective battery. Have contacted Jam to see if they will honor the warranty as it states. Will update when an answer is received.

I have had 3 of these after about 2 or 3 months the usb charging port breaks and you can no longer charge these wireless bluetooth headphones. This product is junk .... Avoid this product.
