It's small, it's comfortable and voice quality is good. 4 hours of battery (because it is so small). If you are on Android, I could only get it to work with voice dialing. I also loaded in 20 names and phone numbers so I knew who was calling, otherwise you just get the phone number. I got a small pouch to store it in so I wouldn't lose it.

I bought many different brands of BT headsets and most of them are good until you drive with them, They dont seem to be loud enough. I would find myself straining to hear people. That is not the case with the Jawbone. Even though it doesnt have a volume control it is plenty loud enough. I had the old ERA that i bought 3 years ago and it started to have charging issues. Best buy was out of the era, so on the recomendation of the best buy rep, I tried another brand. It just wasnt loud enough when driving. So i returned it and ordered another era. It works great. Their noise cancellation is also one of the best out there.

This is an excellent headset. It was incredibly simple to pair with my iPhone and Mac and offers terrific audio quality. It is compact and comfortable to wear. I would definitely recommend it to others.

I really like this headset. The sound quality is great and people hear me just fine. With Jawbone on it, you know it will work well. I really like the additional charging holster. The fit of the headset is odd. The clear part fits inside the folds of your ear. It comes with several sizes and opposite ear so you should be able to find a size to fit you. The sound is very clear and is plenty loud for regular and medium noisy situations. I haven't used it in windy conditions yet. The charging holster is a nice bonus. When it is being charged, it will also charge the headset when in place. Overall, I really like it and I'm happy with my purchase. It is small and powerful enough. Good job Jawbone.

So I've tried a number of Bluetooth ear pieces over the years and generally I return them. In place, I've typically gone back to ear buds rather than stick with a piece of junk BT set. I tried the top of the line Plantronics ear piece immediately before this and returned it because of the fit. Essentially that is where the ying and yang, pro/con is. This one fits well (enough), sometimes I forget if it's in my ear and I generally don't feel that it will fall out (I like to walk and talk, etc). What I gave up to get that is slightly better audio quality and options. The Plantronics has better (not just louder) sound quality and some nifty options, as well as longer battery life. Yet the Jawbone makes up for this with solid quality, secure fit, and simplicity. Oh, and it charges fast, so take the opportunity to charge it when you can to account for the 4+hr talk time. Bottom line, you can't go wrong with this one unless you need to talk for 7 hrs straight...then I'd suggest getting two ;)

Let's you hear outside sounds so well that you forget that your wearing it when not on a call. Bad part is the battery goes down fast. The charging box helps tremendously!

The experience with purchasing from Best Buy was great. It did take longer to have it delivered to the store and I was unable to reroute delivery to the house which was inconvenient but not terrible. The headset itself had good battery life and excellent sound and apparently good voice pickup. It did have to be warranty-replaced. At random times and without warning, the speaker would turn off. People could hear me talking but I did not hear them. There was no way to know that it had happened except by changing the connection and finding that the conversation was still going on. Warranty-replacement was straight-forward and the replacement device still exhibits this behavior but much much less and apparently when the battery gets low. The battery life on the replacement doesn't seem as good- I have to charge it more often.

Love this bluetooth! Sound is great, charging case is soon convenient! It works well with more then one device and plays well with my car bluetooth- when calls come in I can answer via car or bluetooth and works perfectly!

This is a great ear piece to use with my phone. I could hear really clear with it as well as others could hear me really clear.

I have owned every model of Jawbone and this is the best! It fits well without the over ear strap, and it does not fall out. It's not the least expensive, but you get what you pay for here! The quality and clarity on both ends, what you hear and what others hear, is excellent! When this one dies, I will buy another one. Yes, it is that good! I am on the phone most days as much or more than 5 hours, so a headset is a must. This Jawbone is awesome!

Tow trucks are always running and running loud. Noise assassin tech is the best ever. To communicate with customers clearly even while standing right next to running diesel engine. Awesome can't be beat

I had 3 jawbones. I lost one, junked one in dryer and dropped on in a lake. They were all good earbuds. I bought this new one, received it and unfortunately found that the rubber ear inserts are right or left ear. To swap ear to ear, you have to replace the rubber piece. I sit on conference calls for hours at a time, so to relax an ear and having to move parts is not an option. I returned it, looking for another.

I've had plenty of bluetooths and this is by far the worse! People cannot hear me when I talk. Very unsatisfied! The HD icon is better and less expensive!

I recommend it If you just use it inside a building or in a quiet vehicle it works very we'll but for me it is not clear when wind blows or in a loud place . The compact size is very comfortable to wear and the functions button is easy to use

I have had several Jawbone ERA headsets and I am always happy with the results compared to other bluetooth headsets I have purchased.

This is my third jaw bone ear piece and they have all worked great.
