For $100 you can't go wrong with this great sounding speaker. Small and portable with crystal clear sound and good bass.

I love this little speaker. I move it around all over my house. Kitchen in the A.M. while listening to NPR, home office when I am working/taking calls, and great for bedtime - for falling asleep to NATURESCAPES. (my favorite bedtime app.) I wish I had purchased a colored one, but the black is fine.

I needed compact, light Bluetooth speaker to use in the kitchen, bathroom, in the car...and to use in hotel rooms. I wasn't looking for concert sound or booming bass. This Jawbone Mini Jambox appeared on the Best Buy Deal of the Day site for $39.99. It was normally $129.99...and originally came out at $179.99. The build quality is superb...all aluminum. It's a beautiful design too. I like that it can be used as a Bluetooth phone device and looks incredible on a desk. When you first see it in person, you'll be amazed at its compact size. Volume is good for its size and gets reasonably loud. Last year I bought a Sony SRX-33 Bluetooth speaker from Best Buy. Great speaker...but it was $129.99 and a lot bigger than this one. So it all comes down to what your needs are. I love mine for what it is and what I need.

Bought this to replace a 4 year old mini-Jambox that finally died. Small speaker with big sound. Was surprised to receive it in a plain cardboard box, but it appears to be new and not refurbished. Cables also seemed new. First time I paired it, it said to get the "Jawbone App" for more features, but that has been discontinued in the App Store. So, I got exactly what I wanted, and it works just fine, but I think it should be advertised as "repackaged". Given the repackaging, and the fact this is a discontinued model from Jawbone, I would pay only a sale price for this item.

This speaker is not as expensive as Beats or others, but it has very good sound. My daughter loves the bluetooth function. We are very happy with the purchase. If you are a professional musician, you may not be as satisfied as we were, but if you want something for recreational listening, this fits the bill.

This little Jambox is a great portable speaker. Originally when bluetooth speakers started hitting the markets, I couldn't figure out why in the world people needed them. I figured I had a loud speaker in my phone and that was good enough. Well I got this one on sale and combined with a few rewards points I got it for pretty cheap. I actually use it quite frequently. Its handy to have around for a few reasons. First, its louder than my iPhone speaker. The sound quality is much better than my iPhone speaker cranked all the way up. The speaker can fill a room with good sound. Not a large room, or a very open area, but a bedroom, or maybe even a kitchen or living room is a good sound stage for this speaker. A word to the wise! Disable your EQ settings on your device. The speaker has a built in EQ. I found that it CUT the volume by a significant amount when using the Bass Booster on my iPhone. Turning off the EQ settings on my iPhone resulted in quite a bit more volume coming from the speaker. Despite this, I do wish it was a tad louder. Additionally, the build quality is great! This speaker feels like one of the more solid pieces of gear that I've picked up in the last couple of years. If you don't need something expensive or super loud, then this speaker is for you. This is great for in the office, around the house, or out on the deck.

Sounds good and pretty tough body. Has good play time. I just wish is was a little bit louder on the top end.

Don't let the size of the Jambox fool you, the sound you get it full and powerful. The AD2P technology allows you to answer the phone without using another device. My only issue in no actual plug to charge the device, but since it's a standard micro charging cable, you can still charge it like any other device you already own. Go ahead and Jam with this Box

I purchased this speaker for bathroom so I can listen to music/radio in the shower and I was not disappointed. Music is clear and fills the room even when listening to talk radio. You can hear every word without having to max out the volume. Another nice feature is the battery life, did not expect it to last as long as it does. Everyone in the house uses it everyday and I have only had to charge it once after its initial charge! Which brings me to another great feature is that you can have multiple phones on its Bluetooth so you don't have to keep disconnecting after every use. I am incredibly pleased with this little guy!!

I was actually on the fence between this and the Logitech UE Mini Boom. I have heard many good reviews about the UE Mini Boom and have heard some bad reviews about the jam box and how it produces a tinny sound. In the past I purchased a jam box in 2011 and it had the worst music quality coming from it so I was really skeptical to purchase it again in 2014 until my roommate said that the newer versions were much better. In the end we went w/ the jam box because it had a sleeker profile. The sound quality has improved significantly since then. You can turn up the volume and not hear the strange tin/metallic sound that vibrates from the sound waves. I love playing it while showering, it makes it more fun.

I originally purchase this for a present for my brother. After opening the gift, I noticed it worked really well. It was real easy to pair with his phone, and the sound levels were amazing for such a small package. I ended up purchasing one for myself and use it every morning for my workouts.

I have owned this little dude previously. I cannot tell you how impressive this little guy is for its size. The 'Live' audio feature is pretty amazing too. I like them so much for their 'pocketability' and when I connect both of them together to get true stereo separation, it makes for a wonderful listening experience. Don't expect this to be ear blowing. It wasn't truly meant for that. If you are looking for gigantic sound, you'd be stupid for looking at the mini jambox. However, if you want a bedside speaker or something to jam to while cooking dinner, this thing is perfect!

This little speaker is perfect for small to large rooms. The sound is great. It is small enough to take anywhere and to put anywhere. If you are looking for wall shaking bass this is not what you want, but for a crisp clear sound in a portable speaker it can not be beat.

My wife would always play music off of her phones puny speakers whenever she was working in the kitchen. I bought this for her for Christmas and she loves it. Battery lasts a long time and sound is great for the price and size. It is extremely portable and easy to use. Perfect for when my wife streams music from her pandora app while working in the kitchen. On Christmas we had a ton of people over and we set it on a bookshelf and filled the kitchen and dining room with some nice Christmas tunes. Can't wait to bring it out on the deck in the summer while I grill!

I have a bigger portable wireless speaker so I decided to try this smaller version. It's very portable and works great so I bought another one and gave it as a present.

Great little rechargeable speaker for the price. Jawbone provides good sound in a small package. Battery has long life as well.

The MINIjambox by jawbone is a very well made Bluetooth speaker. It is easy to use and quick to connect to paired devices. The overall design is very stylish and attracts a lot of attention from co workers and passers bye. Sound quality is good however maximum volume leaves a little too be desired. I've never been a fan of blasting speakers at their max volume as you never know if the design of the tweeter/woofer can handle the volume cranked them to. That being said, it is still an improvement over a phone speaker and if you're in a quieter environment the little guy does just fine. Start adding ambient noise to your environment and the sound is quickly washed out, however. All in all I paid $20 for it so I really can't complain. The list price is not worth the money with other offerings on the market that fair better, but around $50 I feel is a good price for this particular unit. Highs mids and lows are well balanced and it's simple to use. If you're a bass nut I would steer clear of this BT speaker though.

I bought this speaker to use with my tablet. It was surprising at the quality of sound that came from this small speaker. The battery life is good as well. Good sound for the price.

I bought two of these speakers; one for each of my children for Christmas. The sound quality and tone are really good. I have had to tell them on several occasion to turn the speakers down. It sounds much bigger than it is! This speaker is really small which makes it easy to put in a backpack and travel.

So small and sounds so large. Except for the lowest bass, the speaker sounds as good as the larger & more expensive model. Easy to pair and its so small you can take it anywhere.
