I was tired of sending back the original Up band that you had to push in the button and plug into synch with the app. I love the UP app so didn't want to switch to a fitbit so i thought I'd give this a shot. I love it!!
I love the fact that there are no mechanical things to break down, it synchs wirelessly via Bluetooth and with the firmware upgrade I don't even need to touch it to tell it I'm going to sleep or waking up..it just knows and is pretty accurate! I sometimes tweak the sleep times but it's usually accurate within 15 minutes.
The only slight downside is if you don't have the band on pretty snug it might come loose but the offer you a free clam to fix that which I ordered but haven't received yet.
Overall I am very pleased with it and really forget it's there even in my sleep. It's a much smaller profile than a fitbit also which attracted me to it.

This is easily the best fitness tracker if you don't need heart rate functions. The app is amazing, the band is MUCH lighter and thinner than the other guys so it feels like you're not even wearing it. 10 day battery life is also a huge plus.

I had a basic Fitbit first and they are very comparable, but I like the fact that I don't have to remove the battery to recharge. Removing the battery in the Fitbit distorted the shape of the band. The UP2 magnetically connects to the charger. UP2 also sent a clip, free of charge, that slips on the band and secures it so it will not fall off. My Fitbit fell off and by the time I realized it was gone, I had no idea where it could have fallen off at. It holds it charge longer and recharges quickly. I do wear it 24/7, and even though I know I can shower in it, I choose not to. I bought this UP2 when it was on sale and purchased two, one for my daughter that lives 13 hours away. We can watch each other's progress and sleep patterns and duel each other. I purchased the 2 year warranty as well.

I debated between purchasing a Jawbone Up and a Fitbit; I ended up going with the Jawbone because of the smaller profile and the battery length. So far it seems to be working well, though at times I question the accuracy of the sleep tracker and steps; I wish I could adjust those. Overall it's been a useful tool in directing my life toward better health and fitness.

The Jawbone Up2 was my first band. After researching the best option for me, I went to the store looking for the previous Up band. I ran into the Up2 and decided to give it a shot, even after most complaints were about the closure on the band. After using for a few weeks, I loved the information it tracked and the small challenges through the app, based on your use. What I didn't like was the loosening of the clasp after a few weeks of use. It's difficult to keep the band tight and I have found the band on the floor without knowing it fell off. I would not recommend this band simply because of the poor structure of the closure. The band is useless if it falls off without me knowing.

Easy to use and lightweight. I really love the sleep tracker. It's helped me to adjust my sleep habits. I like that I can wear it and forget about it. I'd recommend this to anyone who's light to moderate in activity. It keeps you alert and notifies you if you've been idle too long. I find I am more active because I have my UP2 keeping me aware of my inactivity.

My first wearable tech device, and I'm glad I chose this one. While I doubt this one will be the best I use, so far it's been a good introduction to tracking my activity and helping me plan my daily tasks with my meal plan. The app and MyFitnessPal work very well together, and the various milestones you can program have kept me motivated thus far.

Love the new UP band. The price is perfect. The band does exactly what I want it to do. Counts my steps. My calories. My sleep. Looks stylish. Love the new closing mechanism compared to the old band. The app works great. And it integrates with my fitness pal. Great product.

love the sleek design. I am small boned and most other devices looked huge on my wrist. The jawbone is small and light wait. The free app allows me to track everything (food, workouts, sleep, and many more) allowing me to remove multiple apps that do bits and pieces.

I like the UP2 activity tracker, it's very acurate of your fitness goals...it suggest goals for you to accomplish & it tells you if you fall short of your goals through the UP App. It was difficult to find the right App at first but I have it & it works very well.

I had the FitBit Flex for a little over the year and I had to return it once and my replacement stopped working. I was looking for an activity tracker that is easy to charge and holds a battery charge and the UP2 does this. My only complaint is that I wear braclets on the same hand as the band and the band color has worn off.

The UP2 is really good if you work out especialy. BUT! If you are older, like me (67), it monitors how deep & how long you sleep, and what you eat as well. Has been nice to know & track overall how I'm doing and keeping active. Works for me since it came with my cellphone. Don't think I would have paid $100 for it outright.

Overall, the product functions as promised. Sleep tracking is GREAT! The available on-line information regarding health and product contents is wonderful for those counting calories. Jawbone modified the bracelet design for this product, yet it is still hard to clasp and unclasp. This is why I did not give it 5 STARS

Love my Jawbone Up2. It has great features such as sleep tracking, exercise tracking and food tracking. The only downfall I would say, is it isn't 100% accurate at the sleep tracking. There have been times that I have woken up in the middle of the night and it said that I slept through, but overall I am VERY satisfied

I am glad I bought this. Seems like a bracelet and people don't even realize its a fitness tracker. The app works great and my I feel more active as tracker shows notifications in app which tells you if you are doing good or lagging behind. Based on your usage the notifications become more specific and helps you according to you needs. I have been more active since the time I started using this.
Setting this up was a breeze, works with Bluetooth and app is simple to understand. Automatically tracks your sleep when you sleep thanks to the new software update.

Easy to wear and use daily. The Fitbit is easy to understand and gives helpful advice. I like the daily challenges. I don't like how I have to get the charger to work. I do like the fact that it stays charged for ten days. This is an excellent buy.

I "upgraded" from the UP24 to the UP2 and I have mixed feelings. I like the new design. I have any issues with the clasped & is splash resistance. The step count on the other hand is about half off. I took 200 steps & it only counted 109. The distance is off as well. I walked 2.04 miles, but the band calculated 2.20. I had similar results doing other tests. I've contacted Jawbone, but still waiting for a response. I liked that you could calibrate the UP24 and correct the distance if necessary. This band doesn't allow that option though. After I talk to them hopefully I can get better accuracy.
