App works well, looks like jewelry, very happy with this purchase! The off-white color can get dirty, but cleans well with isopropyl alcohol. Battery life is about 6 days, but charges fast. Sleep monitoring is nice and just starting to use the food tracker in the app.

I received the Jawbone UP3 for my birthday and it is wonderful. I love the suggestions it provides...this morning my resting heart rate was up and it encouraged me to drink more water, providing a reminder to do so. I find that I only take it off to recharge.

I love my up3, it keeps track of my daily activity, my heart rate and my sleep. The only thing that I don't like a 100% is that sometimes it falls off, so you need to be careful not to drop it!

Great device, works great, and app is really easy to use. However, the band looks dirty after wearing new jeans and having the blue die rub off onto the white band. So if you get this, get a different color band.

I liked it's low profile design to still allows me to wear different wrist watches.Sleep tracking is very nice. Only issue is with buckle which sometime comes off by itself.

I was hesitant at first to try the Jawbone 3 UP wrist band. But now I am so very happy I did. It's comfortable, sleek design and informative readings are priceless!

Easy to keep track of steps and workouts. Works well with my fitness pal...easier to add food and will sync to jawbone.

Very attractive and attaches well. The info it gives is correct and the program has many great features when linked to other apps. It has however filed to link with my iPhone and iPad requiring having to re-link which is a real problem since you must attach the band to the charger and then plug them into an outlet, then remove and wait. Not a good feature. It also says 7 days of power but I've yet to get more than 5. And the heart monitor only records your HR while sleeping. I'd to use it to work out with as well.

I have both Fitbit HR and the UP3, the Jawbone app is much better than Fitbit's, but the Gold color of this UP3 turned black on thte edges after less than a month of use:(

I have the Up through its evolvement. I lime this band so far as well as the app. I would recommend they redesign the band clasp. It fell off in the washer and went through the entire wash cycle. It synched right up and continues to work

Comfortable to wear 24/7... excellent software support... data presentation is top-notch. Bracelet control functions took some time to get used to but overall, a good purchase.

The band is good and no issues other than it does not always record the workout so manually entering it or tart the workout on your phone prior to starting. I don't always have my phone so that seems counter productive to me.

I love this. It counts my steps, and even checks my heart rate during sleep. It is easy to use and connects via Bluetooth to my smartphone. Well worth the money.

I love the UP bands, but with this newest update, I wish I could turn on the stopwatch function with out my phone. I love that I no longer need to put it on sleep mode. Wireless updates are also a huge plus

I love the band. It's sharp, easy to use and clean. The data is useful and motivation. The cost is a bit high. But maybe you can catch a sale like me...

My wife and I have used these bands for several months and really like the functionality. We bought this new one because it of the new design features.

Love the features. Lots of data supplied. Manufacturer's technical support is excellent. Not very attractive. But BB just came out with a gold/white version. Of course, after I purchase.

This is an upgrade from my original Jawbone Up. Nice look for dress. Better sleep monitor with resting heart rate. Wish it were waterproof.

I enjoy all aspects of the Up3, the variety of colors to choose from, the monitored sleep patterns and of course the activity monitoring.
