The clamp works extremely well, it really does hold on to anything! I haven't tried clamping it on to anything going at any type of high speed. The clamp itself is strong, and the articulated arm makes it extremely versatile.

you can clamp this onto everything! i put it on my bike and was on a bike ride for three hours and it stayed perfect still! love this clamp!

I have an iSaw Action camera and was looking for some way to have a stationary base for taking videos of action happening in front of an unattended camera. I read that my camera was compatible with all GoPro accessories. I was skeptical at first, but after purchasing this item, I am a believer. The clamp used to base this 'monopod' is secure...for sure. It comes down with a great deal of pressure, so whatever you attach it to needs to be up to that task. The moveable arm is a little tricky to move as it is a bit stiff, but this ensures that once positioned, the camera will not move. I am very happy with this product and will expand my shot taking abilities with other GoPro accessories...despite having an iSaw ;-)

We bought this to use at our sons baseball games. Clips to the fence and stays in place. We would buy it again.
