I use these at least 3-4 times a week. Been using them consistently for 7-8 months without any problems. I just leave them plugged in since sometimes I’ll forget to and the battery will be low. Great space saver and quality.

Easy to use and fun, I use them regularly with no issues

Purchased in March and last week it fell apart while my wife was using it almost breaking her toe. Locking pin just broke and the weights fell off from 1 side while she was doing curls. Do not recommend, that could have been very serious.

These no longer work. Got not even a year out of them and the left one stops at 32lbs, it will not go to 50. The right one is hit and miss, sometimes works right and sometimes doesn’t. Don’t waste your money.

Being able to adjust the dumbbells themselves are easy and convenient. It is very easy to change the weights pretty quickly from 8 lbs to 50 lbs.

I would never recommend these to use. These stopped working 6 months after purchase. The dumbbells stopped adjusting weights. You could hear the bars trying to move but never would. I tried getting support through Best Buy multiple times and they refused to help me saying that I must reach out to the manufacturer. After reaching out to jaxjox multiple times they never responded once. After researching on their website it says to contact Best Buy for support if purchased from them. Well Best Buy still refused to do anything and now I’m out my money and have 100 lbs of useless weights. NEVER PURCHASE THESE

Good quality but putting dumbells back in holder and waiting for it to recognize its back in is very finicky. Does not always register so you can't change weight.

Man o man. Where to start. Great investment! Not everyday I have the chance to go to the gym so having this set makes life easier. Also, easy to dismount if needed!

Great dumbbells, software on the phone is a bit finecky and when starting a workout you have to wait after moving each bell or else only 1 will register on the app so you can get workout tracking.

I bought these and only one of them worked. It's been 6 months later and their support has done nothing except ignore my emails. Don't believe me, try their number on file it no longer works.

Terrific pricing. $200 bucks for a set of Bluetooth enabled adjustable dumbbells is excellent. They work well, the plates hold, and the USB - C interface is appreciated. (I do wish they had the plug in on the side vs the back.)

I thought the weights were OK when first purchased and the issues others were having would not happen to me. The first set had cracked weights and I was able to return to BestBuy. On the second set, the handles quit adjusting. JaxJox can repair but don't know when the repair parts are going to arrive as they are on backorder. You can't speak to a person at the company. These guys are a joke. Now I need to go buy another set from a reputable company. Buyer beware!

Got it as a gift. Works well so far, the plastic cover seems to be the weak spot.

I really like these and have used them everyday since I got them. I have not used the app I just use the weights (20 lb setting so far) before work. They are pretty easy to use once you get used to them.
