Posted .Hey Jaybird customer, We really appreciate your detailed review but it does seem you are running into some fitment issues, this is most likely directly affecting the sounds quality you get from your Freedom 2. As if you do not have a seal in the your ear sound will escape and sound isolation is everything to sound quality. Another suggestion is make sure you are using the mysound app to adjust the EQ settings and you can customize your own sound.
Let's do this contact us [email protected], and we will hook it up with both some comply eartips and regular Freedom acc. pack. This should give you plenty of fitment options to get a consistent and comfortable seal.
