nice headset but battery don’t last that long and have to keep recharging it every 2 hours or so

Love them the battery life is great, only thing. Is I wish that the ear pieces stayed on better !

These earbuds didn’t stay in the ear very well due to the control piece being so heavy. When running the the control piece bounces and it pulls the earbud out of the ear. Ok product. Would not buy again. I even returned it.

Sound quality was ok. Didn’t love the cord hanging behind my neck though.

I had issues with my X2’s always getting fried after a couple months of use. I enjoy long runs and I’m in north Texas so you can imagine the amount of sweat I expose these to. I’ve had my freedoms for a few weeks now and so far it’s goin well. I do think these are easier to fit and adjust than the X2’s. I would give five stars but I haven’t made it past the 2 month mark of owning these. Hopefully they hold up.

They have great sound and are not hard on the ears

I’ve been using the Jaybird - FREEDOM 2 Wireless In-Ear Earbud Headphones for about nine months I got them for Christmas 2017. The left ear bud casing broke off inside my ear causing the audio to stop working. I tried to contact Jaybird but they’re of no help without proof purchase. It’s been nine months I have no clue where the receipt is probably threw it away. I guess I was a little naïve thinking these should last more than a year I suppose I was lucky to get nine months out them. I’ll definitely be sure not to recommend this product to any friends or family or the hundreds of people I see on a weekly basis being a part time Uber driver the number one conversation is music and the products we use.

I purchased these headphones for sleeping, figuring that the "fitness" aspect would help them stand up to the increased wear. The headphones have continued to last for quite a while now. My only complaints would be the oversized battery solution, as well as the lackluster default EQ. With some tweaking in the decent JaySound app, the sound quality can be improved substantially.

These were nice but they didnt stay in ear whole time.

extra battery is bulky and gets in the way. battery life is longer than the previous jaybirds I owned, but I didn't like the way they wrapped around my head. extra battery would catch on my clothes and skin.

the product is really good. the product is so good that he keeps on getting stolen.

Wife loves them but hates the new ear piece design!

Decent sound but... battery sucks. Had connections issues where it would connect to other devices and audio would cut out. Support was a joke

They are lightweight and stay in my ears nicely while working out.

These wireless headphone sound great they fit really good and that app you download on your Phone is really easy to use I chose these over the beats headphones and a couple of other headphones that I had purchased save your money buy these because those other headphones are whack
