At first these were great. I bought them for my husband for his runs and lifting. The sound quality was fantastic, the app used with them was pretty good, and they have several fitting options with all the rubber ear pieces. The charging case kept them charged for nearly a week at a time. After several months they began loosing Bluetooth connection randomly, or wouldn’t connect when you turn them on. The left earbud blacks out constantly just for turning your head away from your phone. Sometimes only one earbud will charge, and if the battery is too low the other won’t work.

I had the Jabra elite 65t's, and I returned them due to the overall volume not being loud enough. I only use my Jaybird run for working out and running. The Jaybird app is far superior to the Jabra app. You get far more flexibility to cater the sound to your preference. When you need that extra volume to get you over the top when working out or needing something extra to get that boost of energy. The runs will do you justice. I have had intermittent disconnects with every type of true wireless earbuds that I have tried, including the elite 65t's. I keep going back to my Jaybird runs for the overall sound volume and extensive app features.

These earbuds are excellent. Totally wireless and fit extremely well. Can wear these for long periods of time with no ear fatigue. They don’t move, running or intense excercise doesn’t seem to shake them loose. Great sound right out of the box. Add the free app and you can customize the sound. Great buy.

I like using when working out. Not having to worry about a cable at all. However a minor thing I have had with my pair is that once in a while the left ear piece will turn off on its own and I have to turn the right one off and turn them both back on again. Other than that the sound great and can get very load and the app it comes with works great to configure the sound.

Based on previous experiences with Jaybird Bluetooth headphones, I purchased the Run earbuds expecting that they would work well. Unfortunately, Jaybird has chosen a very poor Bluetooth implementation in these headphones. The signal between the two earpieces is very spotty, leading to music bouncing back and forth like a tennis ball at Wimbledon. The range is terribly short as well. I keep my phone in a holster on the right side of my belt, which should be within the recommended range for a consistent signal. However, dropouts are frequent and frustrating.
At least the music sounds good when the earbuds connect. The earbuds are loud and clear, and changing how they sound is easy with the Jaybird app. With just a few touches you can switch around the bass/treble to suit your tastes, and save different profiles to the phone for later listening.
The charging case seems to do its job well. You place your earbuds in the case, close the lid, and they charge right up - most of the time. There have been a few instances where I put the earbuds in the case, but they don't charge, despite having less than 60% charge.
All in all I am not satisfied with my purchase of these headphones. The flaws that I have encountered while using these would not be acceptable to me for a pair of $60 Chinese knockoffs, let alone a set sold for three times as much. I will be returning these headphones, and likely not returning to Jaybird products.

I was a little reluctant in buying the total wireless earbuds after reading some of the negative reviews, but went them anyways and couldn't be happier. I chose Jaybird because I had the Bluebud X and they were great and lasted 4 years with heavy usage. these new one work great, they auto connect as soon as I take them out of the case and have used them in the gym, road cycling and even at freeway speeds on my Harley. The only thing I don't like is that the volume control is strictly through your phone, and the Bluetooth in not strong enough for me to wear a full face helmet on the motorcycle. Other than that I really like them, good sound quality, comfortable fit and the fast charge is nice when on the go and using them for extended periods of time.

Wireless, sweatproof earphones that fit comfortably, securely and offer good sound quality. Battery life is adequate at 4 hours and you get two extra charges from the included charging case (a 5-minute charge gives you an hour of battery life). A companion app lets you adjust sound settings.
Some occasional interference issue cause sound glitches. Your ears can get a little itchy during extended periods of use. I suggest using Comply Foam Tips for ultimate sound isolation and quality fit in your ears.
If you can overlook the small interference issues, Jaybird's totally wireless Run earphones offer a great fit and strong sound.

Bought for my husband. He loves them for working out at the gym. No cords hanging and getting in the way. He says they stay his ears and the sound quality is great. He sweats like crazy and they still stay in while running on the treadmill. He thinks these are the best earbuds he has used.

Two sessions in with these Jabras, and they is ‘aight. Of all the earbuds I’ve tried, they’re the least comfortable, but they’re not annoying. Just not as nice feeling as anything else. They are rather large in comparison to all other units I’ve had lately.
They don’t sound terrible, but they don’t sound great in any one area. Overall sound quality is good, they don’t drop the lows, or miss the highs. There’s no tinny sound to ‘em when I wind on the treble, and there’s very little flubble when you crank up the bass. Mid range is passable. In terms of sound quality, I’d call them the Honda brand of earbuds. They don’t do anything outstanding, but they get the job done. And the UX on the app is plain, and functional. It’s the best of all devices tested herein.

Pros:
Great sound Quality
Sweat Proof
Good in hot temperature
Great App
Cons:
Sound cuts out sometimes
Ear fatigue after an hour of use
Right earbud dies before left
buttons on buds hard to push
Jaybird could have did a better job on button options. Frustrating switching between options from app. Overall great pair of gym headphones.

These headphones work and sound great. They're also a good size headphone and don't look overly big when in your ears like other comparable headphones. They are the first wireless headphones that I've found that actually stay in my ears. These are great for running and exercise. The downloadable app is also well designed and allows you to customize and save your equalizer settings. The charging case is also really well designed and gives you up to an extra 8 hours of portable charging power when you're away from home. Put the headphones in the case for 5 minutes and you'll have another hour of listening time. Nice!

Overall I was impressed with these earbuds. They provided clear sound and come with a variety of parts so you can fit this to your ear.
However my pair had a connection issue (one bud wouldn’t always sync up)

I love these ear buds. They fit comfortably and don't fall out. The sound is excellent because you can customize it through the Jaybird app. So no matter your preference, there is a setting for you; or you can create your own.
The last for a solid four hours before needing a recharge, which takes about twenty minutes by just placing them in the small carrying case. After twenty minutes you get four more hours of listening. The carrying case will recharge the ear buds 2 times, and it doesn't need to be plugged in to do it. The case is like a battery backup itself.

I was a little skeptical and at the same time excited to get the Jaybird RUN True wireless. I thought that if this really works well, it would be great for all the long runs. The Jaybird came in a nice package and they look great. I was concerned that they were short on battery. When I am out running, I won't be bringing the case to charge. I was concerned that the fitting wouldn't be great. Surprisingly I was able to get a comfortable fitting after I tried all three sizes. I used them around the house for the first day and they were great. The sound was amazing and I really liked the app which allowed me to customize my own settings or use one of the profiles. The next day, I went for a run and quickly I found the fitting for the right ear was getting loose. It fell out after a few more minutes which I caught. Then after putting it on again, it fell after a few more minutes. Essentially for the remaining run I was more concerned about it falling than concentrating on the run. I gave up after about 15 mins, during which time it fell out 3 to 4 times. I gave it another shot the following day after switching and adjusting. It seemed like when I am not running, they fit very well but the same thing happened where the right one fell a few times. Since it's truly wireless, I was not able to concentrate on the run. I ended up pocketing them all together. Being that the right ear one was the culprit, I was not able to use just the left one. Another thing I noticed was that the connection between the two did drop out a few times on the street. Overall, I think they're great sounding when you are not moving around much in the gym but don't seem to work well when outside with the connection issue. Especially if the three sets of wings do not fit well and form a good seal. I recommend getting this if you are not running outdoors and spend most of the time indoors in the gym.

I have always been a huge fan of Jaybirds products. So when I found out that they were making the Run I had to go out and get a set. I decided to go straight to Best Buy seeing as they are the only place offering them in blue. Overall sound quality is great and you can tweak it with the Jaybird app. the earbuds themselves fit nicely in the ear and never come loose when I'm working out even when I'm sweating excessively. the auto connect is seamless. My only big complaint is the case pops open a little too easily. If I have them in my backpack or the saddle bag of my motorcycle and they shift the case will open on its own and the Bud's will auto connect.

My husband has always had difficulty finding earbuds that he really loved. These fit perfectly in the ear securely with no issues. We did have some connectivity problems, but I believe they were as a result of his iPod and not the Jaybird Run earbuds. Would definitely purchase these again.
