Fits in my ears great, reasonably comfortable. Sound is very good. These seal well. Some running ear buds you can hear the wind whip by. Not these - so be careful when you run. My running app doesn't come thru the ear buds very well - partial updates as the ear buds lag and only part of the message comes thru. Not a big problem for me. I just look at my watch for pace and distance. The pluses are the sound and I can wear a stocking cap as the ear buds are in the ears and not stick a half an inch out like some others. no issue lasting fours hours - the longest I have used them continuously and the case will charge them if your not able to plug in. For the price I think they are well worth it.

Good fit, sound, and comfortable. Light weight and good battery life. The app could be better and not that good when using just one. All around solid product that’s worth buying.

I have purchased almost every Jaybird wireless headphones because of they fit so incredibly well in my ears and the sound is wonderful. I was really excited to see these wireless buds. I immediately purchased these instead of the other ones, especially the Apple AirPods, because I thought these would fit securely.
The fit was great. Takes some time to get it right. Once the fit is perfect, it usually creates almost a vacuum in my ears and it isolated the sound wonderfully. Creates deep base and great highs. My biggest concern with the bids like everyone else mentioned was the Bluetooth connectivity. The left bud would stutter through my workout very annoying!
But after I updated the buds to 1.10 the buds work perfectly! The buds do not stick out as much as the other ones such as the Bose overall I Albert satisfied.

The way the earbuds are set up the right ear bud is the only one that makes a connection to the phone or whatever other bluetooth device you are connecting. Therefore, in order to use the left ear bud you must have the right one turned on, this is inconvenient when you only want to use one ear bud and want to make it the left ear bud as it will not connect on it's own. The earbuds do feel sturdy though and do not fall out of my ears. The sound is decent, but with the inability to use the left ear bud by itself I will not be keeping these.

I’m in long time Jaybird user and fan! When the Run was announced, I was more than excited. That excitement dwindled quickly when I purchased the headphones and found that I could not walk more than 10 feet without connectivity problems. It was awful! I returned them the next day. When I read the review about the firmware update, and the improvements it made in connectivity, I was curious. I purchased another pair that already had the updated firmware loaded. To say the least, they are everything I dreamed they would be when they were first announced! I now have absolutely no connectivity problems, and the sound is typical Jaybird quality! Awesome! I highly recommend these headphones!

I was in the market to replace an inexpensive pair of wireless Bluetooth earbuds. I'm not an Apple guy but thought about purchasing the Air Buds but you loose some functionality when paired with an Android device so I passed on them (why spend the $ and lose functionality).
I did some quick reading of reviews while in the store and settled on these. I am an active runner and biker (trails mostly) and wanted something wireless, well-fitting and wouldn't come loose, fall out, and that maintains a good connection.
So far, so good. The fit is great! For my ears, the OOTB setup was the right fit for my ears. They offer several different sized ear tips in case you need to make an adjustment. Snug, doesn't come loose, sweat doesn't impact the fit, and they stay right hwere I put them.
The connection is good. There was one occasion when walking, where the connection in the left earbud would drop when I turned my head to look far right. I was able to reproduce it by simply looking to the right. I had my phone in the inside front pocket of a heavy jacket but I wouldn't think that would be an issue. Anyway, I've not had this issue when running, or biking so it's really not a real concern, but felt I should mention it.
Charging station is great. Like a little pod to hold the earbuds. Battery life is good and you receive a verbal indication of battery life when you power them on. Nice feature.
Oh, I should mention the sound is very good, Great balance of highs and lows. Volume is controlled by the paired device, there are no controls for volume on the earbuds themselves.
Owned these about a month now and I'm very happy with them.

I should not judge a book by its cover but I do judge a product by its packaging. The packaging on the Jaybird Run wireless headphone screams high quality product. They are truly wireless (not like the Bose or Beats with a wire connecting the buds). But I saw that Bose, JBL, and a few others now have true wireless headphones like the Jaybird Run too. I cannot compare the Jaybird Run against them but I do own Beats 2 and I will compare the Jaybird Run to my Beats 2.
The sound quality on the Jaybird will beat the Beats 2 if you use the EQ that came with the Jaybird mobile app (I will not rate the Jaybird app in this review). Otherwise, the default sound quality are about the same between them with an exception where the Jaybird Run output higher highs (treble). When I run with the Beats 2, I can hear the wind sound from outside but with the Jaybird Run, I hear nothing (almost felt like noise cancelling). I ran with the Jaybird Run for 2 miles and the sweat never went into my ears whereas with the Beats, I'll have to adjust and wipe my ears from time to time. The fitting of the Jaybird Run comes medium cushion by default but you can change the fitting to your liking (I used the small cushion on the Jaybird). The Jaybird fitting is also tighter than the Beats 2 and maybe why I do not hear the wind sound when running or any external sound for that matter.
I really like the Jaybird Run charging station (uses micro USB) and how I do not need to turn off the headphones ever. I even listened to music on the Jaybirds Run for an additional 30 minutes bringing my total use of the headphones to over an hour and there was no discomfort in my ears at all. Once you take the Jaybird Run out of the station, it will connect to your device instantly too. The volume control is from your device, there is no volume control on the Jaybird like the Beats 2. Also, the Jaybird Run could be OK for daily used but I think that runners and anyone actively in sports/outside activities will mostly benefit from the Jaybird Run (hence the headphone name).
All in all, I am very impressed and was skeptical at first because I thought nothing can overcome the Beats brand but I guess I now have a new headphone to use and I will give my Beats to my kids.

Overall I am impressed with these. I heard about the connectivity issues but decided to buy anyways. I think the bass on these are way better that any other earbuds based system. The equalizer function is also very high quality. Jaybird really did good on this one. I just updated the firmware and will test with my Apple Watch. Based upon my other runs it worked well with the phone in my pocket. When I connected to my apple watch is when I experienced issues. If I have no issues I will update my review. I still think these have the best audio quality for the wireless earbud market. It's also good to know Jaybird is updating these earbuds.

I bought these because the Jaybird 3X stopped working so I figure it was time to try “true wireless” First they fit pretty good you hardly feel them, but I had to buy the “Comply” memory foam type tips and this helped a lot with the sound and fit. The connection to the app is spotty even with firmware update (can’t connect to iPhone only iPad)

I have had my share of headphones, from $5 generics to Bose and my favorite pair before these were a pair of wireless Jaybird headphones almost identical to these, just connected to each other by a small wire. I loved them but do a lot of physical work in the yard or garage and the wire would often get caught on my shirt or a piece of equipment. When I saw these, I had to have them.
They fit comfortably and dont fall out, they sound great, but the features are even better. You can customize and control sound using the Jaybird app and even find where the last place you were connected to them with your device in case you misplace them. The charging case is very convenient and allow multiple charges of your headphones with one full charge of the case.
Now there are only 2 reasons I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 stars. 1)While you can pause, play, and skip by pushing the earbud, there is no volume control besides from the device you are using. 2)When you set them down for a while outside the case and they turn off to save battery, I have had some difficulty connecting them both back up without putting them in the case, closing it, and then opening it and taking them back out (this auto powers them back on and connects them again). This might just be user error and not being familiar with them.

I have numerous bluetooth headphones, over ear and in ear. Decided to get these as my first truly wireless since this is the trend I see. Looked at the Soul ST-XS, the Bose SoundSports, JBL's and chose these due to the specs and that 5 minute fast charge feature. I skipped Samsung and Bragi's due to pricing and it didn't seem worth it.
The sound is good quality, clear, loud, and the companion app is great for custom equalization. You can significantly up your bass if you like, I need a little thump for my workouts and runs. I found that they stay in ear pretty well through weight lifting routines, and running. I am addicted to putting comply tips on any in ear headphone, but didn't need to with these as the fit out of the box with the medium fins were perfect. My problem and the reason I am going to return them is the Bluetooth connectivity. The left one dropped out a mile and a half into my run, which is no no and can really throw off a workout. I had the phone on my sleeve, less than two feet away as recommended (Which seems pretty lame), but it still went out, and cut back on for a second intermittently. I can see this as a being the problem with this technology, and will stick to my beats or try the Jaybird X3's for running and use over the ear for weight training days.
180 for a product that isn't fully functional all the time is problematic for me, so I have to return. May try another pair to make sure it was just Jaybird's version of headphones, but for me, the connectivity is a deal breaker. 180 wouldn't be that bad if they worked through a complete workout.

Great Sound On The Run

I enjoy getting outside, especially in the summer to go running / jogging and stay fit. I enjoy listening to music or podcasts when I run, however, one of the challenges that I have had in the past with wired headsets is that the wire gets tangles and/or the headset ear pieces fall out of my ears. Over the last few days I tried the new Jaybird Run True Wireless Headphones and I have loved every minute of using them.
The Jaybird Run True Wireless Headphones work amazingly well. I loved the case they came in and even better the case itself is used to charge the actual ear pods. The Jaybird comes with many replacement ear pieces that can also be switched out for different sizes too so no matter the size of your ear you will be able to get them to fit well.
I first paired the Jaybird Run True Wireless Headphones. with my iPod as this is what I use much of the time when I am running. Even though the iPod was a few years old I had no problems connecting the Jaybird to the Bluetooth setting on the iPod. Once connected I found that they automatically connected in and gave amazing sound to me both when I ran and when I was stationary. I also have to state that through using the Bluetooth I did not have to worry about any wires which was amazing. I could focus on my run without worrying that the wired earbud would fall out, or getting tangled with the wires in some cases.
Best of all for me, the Jaybird Run True Wireless Headphones give you about 4 hours of continuous music play without charging up again. This allows you to not have to worry about charging them every time that you get back from a workout.
These earbuds are also very durable. They are sweatproof and dirtproof to handle the worst of your workout.

After reading several mixed reveals I decided to give these buds a try. At first things were sweet, the sound was amazing as they normally are with Jaybird products. The fit was decent with little ear fatigue. And from there things get bad.
These earbuds are suppose to be made for runners, etc. however; they never hold a solid connection. Jaybird demos their video like everything is perfect about these headphones and they work great. However they tell you in the app to position your phone on your right side especially when using a armband or waistband which I've done. Not one time in the video did I see anyone wearing a armband or a waistband with their phone on the right side. The earbuds lose connection even in plain sight of the phone I'm talking less than 2ft. away or even when linked to a smartwatch which is attached to your wrist.
This product is the second worst product Jaybird has produced. I'm trying to see if they can fix this issue within the next week and a half before I return them. I really want to love them but for now I can't say they are worth the cost or the hassle.

Researched truly wireless earbuds for a very long time before finally settling on these. 100% the right decision. I like these better than AirPods, better than bose, better than everything else. They fit amazing, they don't jostle around in my ears, I have had zero connectivity issues, the charging case works great and looks dope. I cannot say enough good things about these.

This is the second pair of Jaybird RUN I bought, a Christmas gift for my wife. I use mine for trail runs, street runs and at the gym. One of the essential features for me, particularly on long trail runs, is how the earphones fit and how stable they are; the RUN’s fit is excellent and they do not move, even during long jumpy downhill runs. After reading many reviews, I was concerned about the Bluetooth connection but mine works well, even at the gym where other Bluetooth are activated. The sound is great and I like the App to personalize it. These earphones are better than the X3 I had before and I haven’t had, so far, any battery problems, which was an issue with the X3. The travel case on this special edition solves a problem I had while traveling, namely that of the battery case opening by accident and the earphones connecting to my phone without me noticing. The battery case should have a stronger closing mechanism and the travel case should be added to all Jaybird RUN.

I sold my Airpods to get these, and I have to say I love them way more than Airpods!! I think people just want to be seen owning Airpods which is why they are so popular. But the Jaybird Runs are so much better, Louder sound, better sound quality, Jaybird app, better fit, don’t shift in my ear AT ALL, look great, low profile. And as far as connectivity issues, it’s ever so slight, I’ve been at the gym and lost connectivity on my Airpods and was unable to even reconnect them.so both have connectivity issues. the runs are so much more comfortable than the hard plastic the Airpods are made of. Long story short. After using Airpods for almost a year, I prefer the Jaybird Run hands down in ever category, aside from looking cool and hip with Airpods hahaha

I'm new to wireless ear buds. I'm not an audio file but I do enjoy good sound and if I'm spending enough money I expect it. The jaybird sound good., I like the app they have with them. The find your buds feature worked well. I don't like that when you are using them to talk to someone it only comes through the right ear(mono). But all in all I'm very happy I bought them. No issues with them falling. Out yet.
