The sound is great, they were comfortable, and easy to set up and use. I returned them because there is no volume control on the headphone itself. You CAN use alternate controls that give you volume, but then you lose play/skip. You can’t have both. For me, that’s an issue. If that’s a non-issue for you...they’re great!

Sound quality is great, bass is really good with multiple settings. The app is really nice and easy to use. The battery life isn't the greatest but it's good enough. Only downside is the Bluetooth connection, can't walk away too far or have phone stuffed away somewhere deep without losing connection easily, but other then that a solid 4 star.

I LOVE these things. Sure after several hours I have to take them out for a bit due to the pressure on my ear (they fit snugly and securely, but yes after a long time I just have to take them out briefly, Id rather have it this way than too loose), and once in a while they fail to connect on the first try or the left ear cuts out briefly. But a large majority of the time they work fantastic and are very secure in my ear. I use these at work all the time to listen to podcast and music while I'm working out. I put several hours of listen time on these things every day and the battery really holds up. Quick charge feature is sooo nice. Not having the wire connecting the two is even much more convenient that I would have originally thought. Not having volume control is not that big a deal at all to me, just use the side buttons on the phone when needed. Have not tried other brands of truly wireless earbuds to compare but I highly recommend these.

They have great sound & keep a charge for so long. Now I wish I bought my husband his own he keeps stealing them from me because he even loves them. They stay in your ears even when you running. I had a different brand prior that would fall out when you bounced, jumped, & ran. I ended up loosing one of those& that's why I bought these.

I like the fit, design, & sound. Works well indoors but is terrible outdoors. Firmware helps, but the left ear piece still cuts out quite often. If I put my hand over my ear (like when i rest my head against my palm) it will cut out the signal. Too finicky imo, but the lack of cable is nice

These buds are almost perfect. They sounds great, they fit my ears great and they stay in through my runs! Even in my tempo runs, they stay firmly in my ears. I can use them and they block out ambient nose effectively without cutting it out totally. My only ding with these are volume. I would like them to be as little louder.

The headphones sound great and for music listening purposes they are near flawless. The headphones can be fitted to your particular ears by way of the included accessories. Overall these will feel comfortable for most. My issue with the headphones stems from the audio delay present when watching videos (still present even after the firmware update). When you watch a video on your phone (regardless of the app), there is a 2-3 second delay in terms audio-video sync. This applies across a variety of operating systems, as I tried the headphones out on an Apple device, Google Pixel 2, and a Samsung phone as well.

Excellent sound and fit, very poor horrible connection when in the gym. Seem to work fine when running outdoor and less populated locations. Will be returning these which is unfortunate because I love the fit and sound.

Sound quality is great. Fits very snug blocking out all ambient noise. Lack of volume control is inconvenient and pressing buttons on the side can be painful after awhile. Requires firmware update out of the box or unit will have constant Bluetooth connection issues.

These are the best sounding headphones I have ever had. I was very surprised at the volume and the amount of bass these little headphones can put out. They stay in the ears while running and are comfortable to wear.

I have had many sets of ear buds. I have been very frustrated because I can not get them to stay in my ears, especially if I am working out. I purchased the Run ear buds with the foam ear tips. They stay in my ears. They also block out a lot of sound allowing me to focus on what I am listening to. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to go wireless.

Make sure your phone is on your right arm or near the right side of your body for best connectivity or use whatever you want. regardless these headphones have a great battery and Google assistant and an app that controls bass and such. wireless and sweat proof, I can go on and on. buy them!

Fit good, easy to pair up to my phone, good sound and convienent recharging from storage case battery.

I JUST PICKED THESE UP YESTERDAY, BUT HAVE FALLEN IN LOVE WITH THEM ALLREADY EASY TO PAIR, SOUND GOOD, . WITH THE APP INSTALLED YOU CAN ADJUST THE SOUND AND WHAT A DIFFERENCE THAT MAKES, WHEN YA FIRST HOOK THEM UP THEY SOUND LIKE TINNY GET IN THE APP ADJUST AND WOW. THE FIT IS PERFECT FOR ME WITH THE SETUP THAT CAME RIGHT OUT OF THE BOX. I HAD READ THAT THE CHARGING CASE CAME OPEN ON PEOPLE WELL GUESS WHAT I DROPPED IT WHEN I GOT HOME FROM ABOUT 4 FEET ONTO A BERBER CARPET FLOOR AND THE CASE STAYED CLOSED. SO AS FAR AS I AM CONCERNED IT WAS A GOOD BUY. I GOT A $10 BEST BUY CARD WITH PORCHASE SO IN REALITY THEY ONLY COST ME 169, AND IF I DO NOT LIKE THEM I HAVE 45 DAYS TO BRING THEM BACK BEING AN ELITE PLUS MEMBER AND THAT ALSO GOES FOR A LOWER PRICE. SO IT IS A WIN WIN AS FAR AS I AM CONCERNED.

Pros *Great sound, and the app to tweak the settings are amazing *They fit great and are very comfortable * Comfortable volume settings Cons *Bluetooth cuts in and out and this is the main purpose of no wires. No matter where the phone is placed there are still issues * Jaybird.... Told me the Jaybird Runs where not out in the market.. yet i got them on the release date. Support is useless, reset your headphones, place the phone etc.... Yes, thank you i can read a manual also. End of the matter , going to return based on the horrible Bluetooth connection. Going to pre order the Bose. Other then that if there where no Bluetooth issues these would be awesome!

I was worried that these would not stay in my ears, they actually fit great and have good sound.

I do love the audio quality and perfect for when I am at the gym and running. I just have an issue with the left ear bud which loses connection at least twice within 1 hour of play. This has been my second pair thinking that it was an issue with the first purchase. Seems to be with all of them.

These headphones are great. They stay in my ears with little effort, the sound quality is great. Easy to sync to your phone. And they’re wire free no more tangles when running. But, while the right ear will work without the left. The left won’t work without the right.

I’ve always got jaybirds to listen to while I’m working out. I was kind of nervous of getting these because of a lot of negative reviews. but I just pulled the trigger. I haven’t had any problems, the only issue is when I walk away from my phone (about 60 feet) one bud loses reception. I updated as soon as I got them too. You have to try em out and make a decision on your own. It’s all about preference...
