The sound quality was great when I could keep the connection. Also the fit was not the most comfortable.

I have owned the jaybird x2 and x3s and they have been very solid. The runs was a bit of a gamble but so far they have been great. I did the firmware update before using them with very little connection issues at all. Battery life is a very respectable 5 hrs and the case gives a near 100% charge in 30 minutes.

Very good wireless headphones

After reading reviews of numerous models, I decided to try the Jaybird run. My decision was based on them staying put while running. These buds do that without any issues. The only issue that I have had with these buds is that the left bud drops signal sometimes. This is why I gave these earbuds 4 stars and not 5.

I played with the fit and tuning (via the app) and they sound great now. The charge lasts long enough for what I need. If only they didnt lose sound in one ear. It happens often and my iphone is laying beside me. On my right side. I can tolerate it but some wouldnt thus the 1 star reduction. I use iphones 6 & 8 and ipad.

Even after getting sweaty they do not fall out. Great bluetooth connection, dropped a star because they do have moments were the song goes in and out. Would recommend for those who enjoy running and don't like wired distractions. Read the instructions on volume control as it is not defaulted out of the box.

I use them for cardio and bought these specifically because they are sweat resistant (I sweat heavily) and they seem to lock into the ear better than airpods. They've worked great since I bought them (about 2 months)

Worked great, but then started to cut out

Here are the Factory Reset instructions that might help resolve this problem:
To soft reset your earbuds:
-Place your right earbud into the charge case and close the lid.
-Open the charge case and remove your earbud.
To hard reset your earbuds:
-Turn off your right earbud by pressing the right multifunction button for 3 seconds.
-With your right earbud off, press and hold the right multifunction button for 6 seconds until the LED flashes green.
-Double press the right multifunction button. The LED will flash orange and the earbud will turn off. Your earbud has now been reset.
-When you hard reset your earbuds, you will lose any saved presets and any saved devices on the paired list. You’ll need to forget Jaybird RUN in your phone's Bluetooth device list, repair your earbuds to your Bluetooth device, See How do I pair my Jaybird RUN earbuds? and reselect your favorite preset from the Jaybird app.

I love that I can wear one pod in my right ear so that I still hear road noise. My only complaint is that sometimes when I first turn them on they say they are not paired with my phone and I have to pair them again. In fairness, this could be an issue with my phone and not the Jaybird.

The only thing l didn’t like was that every now and then the sound would only play in one ear . It would only last for a second then both would play again.. I haven’t had any other issue with the buds..

I’ve had them for 3 years and I still use them. Great sound, good battery life, still in great shape. My only issue was I’d sometimes have connectivity issues in a really crowded gym. However that’s rarely happened.

This makes for a a noisy run because they don’t seal as good as they should. I have tried all the options of different sizes they include but still don’t fit perfectly. The charging unit is awesome, they sound great (not when running), and they pair easily.
