I was going to give it 4 stars but I will keep it at 5 because I'm not sure if it's my phone which is known to have spotty buetooth ( Pixel 2 XL ). The left headphones sometime cuts in and out depending on where my phone is..
Sound is amazing. Comfort is great and they don't come loose. They block out the noise as well. I returned Apple Airpods for these and I don't regret it one but. These are just phenomenal headphones. The battery pill to charge is simple and convenient.
I would recommend these to anyone.

By far the best pair of wireless headphones purchased. These were going to be my original buy, but I opted for something cheaper and familiar, that was a mistake. After finding the correct combination I am thoroughly satisfied with the quality and price of these wireless headphones.

The ear buds sound great but there is poor connectivity which will hopefully be addressed, also one of the ear buds stopped charging 100% but couldve been 1/1000 that has that problem. I returned them for another model.

I have had every single jaybird headsets that have come out. I waited to see how these would go before buying them but got excited and bought them on a whim. I love the freedom sprints and will probably use them more often then these. In a less populated studio or gym setting, these are great but when there’s lots of people using all sorts of Bluetooth devices, they tend to skip. The left doesn’t just just lose connect with the right but the right with skip along with or right after the left making for some interesting sounds and following dizziness. Overall, not that great for running high speed on a treadmill (I almost killed myself on a skillmill)

I like these headsets, they sound great, plus the case also charges the earphones as well.
Sometimes it does disconnect randomly, but it rarely happens

A little over priced if you ask me. I can’t run with my dog without them almost falling out, no matter what combination I use to get them to fit my ears they still almost fall out and I have to stop in the middle of my run to fix them. Not worth the $170 I paid.

I was pleasantly surprised by these headphones. Great sound and I always had a problem with buds falling out of my ears, these stayed in place no matter how hard I tried to shake them out.

These earbuds are beautiful! The fit better than any other earbuds I have used. The sound was really good. Unfortunately like most of the other reviewers the left and right would loose connection. It was irritating to say the least. They just don’t work at the gym. They rocked on long runs the never came out of my ears but if you were in a building or around other devices it would drop out.

Hi SupraMan,
Thank you for your feedback and review! I am sorry to hear your running into connection issue's with RUN, we just released a new update to help connection between the buds. This should really help. Give it a shot but if it does not work please reach out to us [email protected] and we can get these swapped out for a new unit that is already updated.

Have Jaybird Freedom, wireless headphones and decided to move up to the Run. Glad I did it! Sound quality is excellent for both music and calls with head pounding bass for music. Amazing! They stay in ear and do not fall out. Run time is about 4-5 hrs and a 15 min charge has ya back for another 4-5 hrs. Everything is automatic after first sync with device. Blows away Beats and Bose for the money. Thanks for a great product.

At first, they would cut out a lot. After the update’ earbuds stay connected and loss of single was greatly reduced. Overall, I can’t give 5 stars just for the fact that they do cut out but, the sound quality is excellent. Love them anyway

I was concerned about a number of things from comfort when running or the sound quality. These earbuds have performed great so far. while working out and when running. No complaints here.

Obvious these were designed by a runner...simple to use, no fuss during workouts.
Still working on the fit in one ear. In addition, sweat gets in the ear, requiring a remove and reset on occasion. Not as bad as other over the ear products, but still a factor.
Pros- good sound, easy app to adjust settings, good feedback on earpieces, not bulky, long charge
Cons- units turn on and Bluetooth connect in the case if the case button is bumped, still working to optimize fit, sweat in ear a factor

Headphones connected and work as I hoped. Still trying to find time the fit in my way, but they came with plenty of size adjustments. Connection issues have been barely noticeable. Not unexpected from a young product line like this.

I run in these. They are called “Run”, after all. The left earbud goes out all the time. There doesn’t seem to be a great fitting earpiece. The battery life is okay. The size is nice. The sound is pretty good. They have completely gone out on me once and the left has completely died 3 times. They have been on 10-15 runs. Samsung has a better earbud with the icon.

They Feel better than the Bose. I like the strong battery life. Wish I knew more about how to answer calls with it. And use of volume control. My ears get sore after a couple of hours listening to them. I still like the fitment of my Samsung Icons and their “touch” capability rather than the “push” capability of the Jay bird. The Jaybird fit better in the ear Than bose. But still the same way they both attach. I also kind of wish the volume could go even louder for those songs that just drive you.

They have great sound for music and apps is nice. The fitment is nice doesn't fall out when working out. The battery life is nice too. The 2 things that make it only get a 3 star is that when on the phone you only hear the person talking out of the right ear only not both second thing is when on the phone it picks up a ton of background noise

I’ve had these headphones for a month and a half. I use them for work and the gym. I like the fact that they are noise canceling but when I use them in the gym. The left side cuts in and out. I don’t know if it cause there are a lot of other Bluetooth devices around or something else. I do enjoy the comfort of the headphones and the design.

I brought this for my husband. I loved it. It was comfortable and conveniently small enough for him. I only reason it received 4 stars is b/c there's only 1 piece that controls everything instead of both. So unfortunately one day he dropped the master bluetooth fell down the drain & now he has lone bluetooth that he can't use. Otherwise its pretty good. I can't wear them b/c it's too big for my little ears.
