    excellent upgrade from X4

I bought these as an upgrade to my Jaybird X4. I love the sound from the X4 but I just could not get a comfortable fit. These are pretty big drivers and not for everyone. Although having wings and tips separate is a nice idea for custom fitting, the rim of the wing pieces irritated my ears pretty constantly. Tarah pro has wing/tip as single silicon piece that does not irritate my ear. I do miss the foam tip option, but luckily I saved those from the X4 and can pop them on when I need to isolate (like on a plane). I don't have wings when I use the foam, but they don't seem to need the extra stability either. Jaybird should really consider including foam tips in the package. I REALLY like the woven cord, much better than the flat rubber of the X4, and it doesn't get stuck on my skin when exercising. Also, the magnets that hold the buds together around your neck is a great addition.

The sound quality and signal quality is good however, even when trying different sized boots they do not stay in the ear very well. Also the control block is large enough that is constantly pulls the cord to the right side. In turn, the cord tightens up on the left ear and the ear bud falls out. They work great for low activity level usage.

Good headphones for the gym. Great noise cancellation, not so much for everyday use. Okay sound at best. Ended up trading them in for airpods, and I’m much happier.

These have great sound and easy set up. They fit to your ears as ear plugs. They let no outside sound in. I did return them due to I was use to the beats

I've had a the Jaybird X3 for a year and love them. The foam tips block out any noise and keep the sound very clear. With the Tarah Pro the ear tips are angled and they don't go far enough into the ear. The supplied rubber ear pieces kinda just let the ear piece rest just inside the ear. So you'll get a lot of outside noise. The battery is good but that's about it. The X4's are way gooder!

Got these for my wife because the Apple earbuds never fit her well, and we tried the Beats ones as well, just couldn't find wireless buds that fit her ears comfortably. Gave these a try and she is in love with them. She has a small head, small ears, so if you're on the petite side these would be great for you.
