I loved so much about these headphones, but after wearing them for long runs, my ears were sore. For me, the barrel that sits in the ear was too large. I actually found the Tarah smaller and more comfortable for my ears. The Tarah Pro has the switch fit, which I loved, but the Tarah stays put in my ears and doesn't hurt, so I went with the Tarah instead of the Tarah pro and haven't looked back.

At $160, these are a little pricey for Bluetooth earphones. They come with a soft pouch and a proprietary charger dock and some different sized ear cushions. The cable on the charger is really short and I would have rather seen a USB C charging jack/cable. This one included is something you better keep track of, otherwise you won't be able to charge these. These are in-ear design and fairly comfortable to wear while active. No real ear fatigue and they stay in snug with no real issues of falling out of my ears. When not in your ears, you can hang these around your neck and connect them together magnetically, which also stops the music and saves batter life. Battery life is very good for these, coming in at 14 hours of play/talk time. They do have a microphone included for calls. Inline controls work well and you can adjust the cord connecting the two earphones together to be tighter or looser. These are rockin' the latest Bluetooth 5.0, so connectivity is quick and rock solid. Sound quality out of the box is pretty good, but I would strongly suggest downloading the App and use the custom EQ option to adjust the sound signature to what you personally like best. These sound very nice once I got them adjusted to what sounded best to me. Solid bass from these and the highs are clear and smooth. Overall, these are great for the active person or even the couch potato. These being waterproof means those die-hard joggers who run in the rain need not worry about these getting ruined. I knocked off 1 star for the price, which I think is a bit too high. $100 seems like where these should be priced, so keep an eye open for a sale on these. Also, the proprietary charging cable is a negative.

So far do good. Had jbird 3 before and they died from sweat after 4 months. Decided to give these a shot and like them much better. Battery is insane. Supposed to be sweat resistan, time will tell.

It was a gift for my cousin brother and he is still using it. Very durable and reliable. Never had any issues with this product. Planning to upgrade to newer model. Jaybird always build quality products. I’m happy to recommend.

Amazing by far the best headphones I have ever owned. Great for noise isolation as I work in heavy equipment all day they are perfect for music pod cast and phone calls. Not to mention a super long battery life

These are the best wireless headphones I have purchase yet. I had an older pair of Jaybirds and this newer model is the best yet. I use these daily for running and recreational use and they have held up great.

Good for working out. They also stay in my ear while moving around.

Got these for my father for Christmas. He loves them and uses them all the time. Do your research. There is a definite quality difference when comparing other wireless headsets.

This is my fourth pair of Jaybirds. I use them daily for running and conferences calls. The clarity is great. Best of all my clients don’t realize I’m using a head phone which was not the case with other brands I’ve tried.

Initially I will say that these head phones sound great, have substantial battery life but the charge mechanism needs to go. I am now having to have these warrantied by Logitech after only owning these for 3 weeks.

I’ve owned the original Jaybirds Bluebuds X and the X3. The features that the Tarah Pros offer over these is quite outstanding. The fitted and secure earbuds, the magnetic tips, the 14 hr battery life. These are hard to compete with.

Perfect fit for me. Comes with 3 sizes to match ear. What sets it aside is their app that allows you to set the equalizer to what sounds good. My wife and I have 2 sets each

The Jaybird app lets you customize sound to your liking and choose from user created presets. Coming from the X3, battery life is twice as long for me (12 notches down from the tarahs max and with my note 9 at max volume)

Great headphones and they last the entire 8 hour work day. I use them instead of ear plugs when doing construction tasks. Low volume of course. If you need to take them off you can hang them on your neck.

I love these little earbuds. anytime your turn them on they tell you, in your ear, how much battery they have left. As someone who hates remembering to charge all these things it is the best to have one with such long life.

This is a great upgrade compare to previous models. I’m amazed with their battery life. It comes in handy during marathons runs. The only take away is the new way to attach around the ear, it leaves a little slack sticking out.

I was very excited to try out the Jabird Tarah Pro earbuds. I have experimented with a number of earbuds the past few years. The form factor here of two wireless earbuds connected to a neck-strap style cable is my preferred form factor.  The Tarah Pro are excellent earbuds. They have a rich sound that does not sound over-produced. Listening to music on the Tara Pro is a pleasure.  The neck strap is made of a reflective fabric and is actually much more comfortable than your typical strap. Most neck straps don't do the trick for me, but this one works great. That's in part due to the fact the strap is also lightweight and has a useful control pod attached. Additionally, there is an easy-to-use cinch to customize the length of the strap. The Tarah Pro was designed with workouts in mind. The strap helps in that regard, as does the fact they are waterproof with an IPX7 rating, which means they can be submerged in one meter of water for up to 30 minutes.  Let's just agree no one sweats quite that much... Battery life is another impressive feature. Jaybird touts them as lasting up to 14 hours, which is significantly more than any other set of premium earbuds I have tried.  It's good the battery life is so impressive because the propriety charger is a little annoying. I'd much prefer a simple USB-C, but at least the charger works well. It's just that propriety chargers add one more thing to pack when you travel, and the risk of losing it becomes that much more of a concern when you don't have 10 more just like it lying around the house.  Fit is easy to customize with interchangeable gel wings and tips.  Sound is terrifically balanced right out of the box, but it can be refined to your tastes further with the Jaybird app. The Tarah Pro gets a special tuning feature with the app not found with other Jaybird products. It will guide you through a series of tones to match the sound configuration with your preferences.  Speaking of sound, it is maintained by a strong BT 5.0 connection with your device. Of course, it's backward compatible if your device does not use BT 5.0. The microphone works perfectly fine for phone calls. No issues at all. The only miss, in my opinion, is that the Tarah Pro does not have active noise canceling ability. I really appreciate being able to set ambient sound levels when I'm wearing earbuds in a public place, particularly when hearing ambient sound can help save my life or prevent injury by letting me better hear vehicles around me. However, since the Tarah Pro is noise isolating, rather than noise canceling, you are likely to still hear enough outside sound to be safe. Of course, another benefit to active noise canceling is the noise canceling feature itself, which blocks substantially more outside noise than the passive noise isolation feature of the Tarah Pro. Overall, this is a terrific set of bluetooth earbuds. I wish they had a "normal" charger and had active noise canceling. But they are truly excellent in all other ways.

I wanted quality in-ear headphones that paired easily with my iPhone and iPad. These did the trick and combine to be great when I'm running and great for work calls throughout the day. Highly recommend.
