They never fell out when I ran, they were extremely easy to operate, and they had decent sound quality. Then the right headphone stopped working, and now the left one barely registers any sound. I unfortunately have to replace them.

Please follow these instructions to resolve the issue of your headset:
-Check your buds, make sure they're clean and free of debris.
You can then follow the reset instructions as listed here:
Before starting this process please “FORGET” or “REMOVE” your Tarah Pro device in your Bluetooth list of discovered devices in your phone or music device.
1. With your earbuds off, press and hold the middle button for 5 seconds until the LED flashes white and you hear the pairing prompt.
2. Double press the middle button. The LED will flash red briefly and the earbuds will turn off. Your earbuds have now been reset.
3. When turned back on, your earbuds will automatically be in pairing mode. You will need to pair them to your audio device again and re-select your favourite preset.

I had many situations where I thought I had lost it. Website still does not sell the charging cable separately. Do not lose that cradle if you don’t want a paper weight.

I mainly use them for taking calls at work and for music during my workouts. They work perfectly for both. Have not had any issues as of yet. Overall phone call quality is much better than the X3. No audio distortion or echo effect. They also made a great design change to the silicone ear adapters. They never fall off! Highly recommend!

The Tarah Pro are excellent, noise canceling, great quality sound, and it holds it own while running g or lifting. I’m hoping to get more marathons with this pair.
