Now that I've owned them I think those reviews are paid for. The fit is comfortable, the features are great, but there are some major issues. The design of the ear bud is the biggest issue. They press hard into your inner ear to create a seal. This causes a strange sensation, kind of like water in your ear. The other issue with the ear buds is that they have a very small opening, so they need to be placed absolutely perfectly in your ear to get good sound. This makes the process of getting them on a chore, and if you move too much (they are made for working out), you can't hear them as well until you repostion them. When they are out of place on your ear they sound much worse than any cheapo head phone, the in box iPhone set. If you're actually working out with headphones, which I highly doubt any of the reviewers are, don't buy these. The plantronics backbeat series are significantly better sounding, while allowing you to hear others around you (important at the gym). They also sound good no matter to the position in your ear. Thanks Best buy for having a good return/exchange policy!

We agree getting the right fit makes all the difference and is very personal. If you have not already, check out the Find Your Fit videos in the Jaybird app. Are few tips include:
- Try a smaller eargel if there is too much pressure on your ear or a different size for each ear.
- Try not to push the buds into your ear canal if you're not comfortable with that feel and experience.
- Changing the angle of the switch fit slightly can also assist the driver line up correctly with your ear.

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.the Bluetooth range is about 15ft. the mic will disconnect during calls without notice, yet they still receive audio. the fit is irritating after 2 or 3 hours. they cannot connect to more than one device at a time. the app does allow equalizer adjustment. the charging cradle is very well thought out, but too short. save some money and go with the bose soundsport.

The sound was epic and the fit was so comfortable I could wear them all day. I was SO SAD when the control pad started to split open, and it was only a few months after I purchased these.
