Didn’t work out of the box
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These wouldn’t stay connected to my devices or charge in the charging cradle. Jaybird customer support have been slow in helping resolve the issue and it’s been almost a month and I still haven’t received functioning headphones. These headphones had a great feature set so I would buy with caution if that’s why you’re interested. It’s possible they won’t work out of the box then you’ll have to deal with poor customer support while trying to get $180 headphones to work. Not an experience I’d go through again.

Fits comfortably in the ear
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Works great at work. Feels great in the ear. Even when moving and sweating it stays in the ear. When asking people when on the phone how I sound they say it sound like I'm holding the phone next to my mouth.

Could Be Great.
||Posted . Owned for 11 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Jaybirds are great it’s the app that’s a problem. You have to download and connect through the app. Lately I have not been able to connect. When it does it doesn’t stay connected very long. If they fix the app they’d be nearly perfect.

No no no
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I tried these for a couple of days as I have been happy with my old jay birds. But I didn't like these at all and I truly wanted to. They aren't loud no matter how much you try to get them into your ear canal. They are too bulky and the cord is very stiff. The button for volume control is even wider than the past version and it even feels cheaply made. The magnet charger that connects kept plopping off due to it being a magnet it isn't secure enough. When I was lifting they kept slowly slipping out of place. After a few workouts I threw in the towel. Nope don't like them at all! Wouldn't recommend if you are always in the gym actually working out and sweating no no no not for you.

Medium quality headphones with difficult fit.
||Posted . Owned for 5 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Battery life is not good and depletes rapidly while not in use. Tried all of the provided tips and can not get a comfortable tip. Audio quality is worse than AirPods or Galaxy Buds Live.

poor quality
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought these last week and they're the worst headphones I've bought. They won't charge consistently and then once "charged" they won't connect to my phone or play music. Not what I expected from such a well known company.

Posted .Hello vsmith,
Thanks for your feedback. We are constantly trying make our products better and appreciate what you have to say.
Please try these suggestions that can help to resolve the issue of your headset:
- Try a different power source/charger
- Computers are the best and safest method, as is anything 1 AMP or less.
- Car chargers produce a much greater power supply and should be avoided.
- Over-charging the battery will quickly reduce the life of the headphones, so in addition to monitoring the power supply, limit the charge time to 2 hours,
- To get the most out of your battery it is recommended to charge the buds when the low battery status is indicated.
- Avoid charging your headphones after exposure to sweat.
- Make sure charging port/cradle is clear of any debris.

Connection problems at every stage of their life.
||Posted . Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So I have owned these for a while. They are decent enough to make me not buy a different brand out of just not wanting to spend the money. With that said I would never buy these again or recommend them. They are problematic, between constant connectivity issues, random times the sound just sends out a high pitched screech that can’t be simply turned off and back on you have to hard reset them to stop it. Overall the connection issues alone make these a terrible option for anyone looking for work out ear buds. Save your money and go with a different brand.

Does not last long
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is the third jaybird product i’ve owned and the last unfortunately. What it lacks in sound quality (which isn’t bad), it makes up in style, small stature, and amenities. However, they just do not hold up. This current pair of Tarah Pros lasted the longest - 8 months, before the right side shut down. No amount of limited troubleshooting would get it back online. Under warranty, but deployed overseas, do not trust mail system to replace, it is a loss. Jaybird is super company with great customer service, and love the trend they try to set, but I need reliability.

Not what I expected
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I thought they would be waterproof enough to shower with. Unfortunately they are only rain proof. Also the smallest size ear hole was still too big and after a while my ear would hurt. Magnet was not strong enough because it unclipped with a small tug..

Earbuds
||Posted . Owned for 11 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Good sound, could be louder. Battery lasts a long time but not 14hrs as advertised. Also, the power and volume buttons weight that side down causing the wire to be pulled to that side. This causes the ear buds to fall out.

Worth the price
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The standout features of this headset are its audio quality and its battery life. This product is clearly designed for fitness enthusiaists, as the braided connecting cable and heavy-duty earpieces make plain. Without question, this has to be the best wireless headset for people who spend a lot of time running. This might ward away buyers who exercise less frequently, but the superb audio quality and excellent battery life are more than enough to recommend this item to less exercise-oriented users. Equalizer settings can be tweaked for this product via software, but I found doing so was completely unnecessary. Treble and bass were clear and detectable, and weren't squeezed into the midrange as with other headsets I've used. The headset is extremely comfortable, too, and I've had issues with other products that feature trailing connecting bands that link the individual ear pieces. The real surprise for me, though, was the battery. This unit lasted days on moderate use before requiring a recharge. One major inconvenience of wireless headsets has always been the need to constantly plug them in at night, but the Tarah Pro demonstrated remarkable longevity. Charge these before a long hike or run, and you'll have nothing to worry about. Connectivity was also excellent. I used this headset with a budget Android phone and the downloadable app, and I never lost the connection. The phone I used was nowhere near a flagship, so I can be confident that this headset will work even better with phone models that haven't cut corners wherever possible. The Tarah Pro is also reasonably durable. It survived being left out around three curious cats who love to swat and bite new things that show up! The cable braiding will probably also prevent the fraying problem that kinking and bending typically pose for your average wired headphones. All of us can think of one instance where one earpiece has suddenly stopped working, due to a cord being too tangled or having beem bent too many times. This seems extremely unlikely with the Tarah Pro's insulated cable, which will definitely extend the shelf life of the headset. In short, if ypu want an exercise-oriented headset with stellar sound that doesn't need be charged every five hours, this is the product for you, and it's completely worth the price.

Posted .Hello Kstoops,
Thanks for your feedback. We are constantly trying make our products better and appreciate what you have to say.
Please try these suggestions that can help to resolve the issue of your headset:
-Move your earbuds and your Bluetooth audio device closer as you may be experiencing Bluetooth interference. While the range of most Bluetooth devices is 10 meters (33 feet), the optimal range for any Bluetooth stereo device is about 60 centimeters (2 feet) from the audio source.
-Your earbuds Bluetooth antenna is located in the inline remote. Try moving your audio device closer to the side where the inline remote is located. For example, you can try moving your audio device to your right pocket instead of your left.
-Reset your Bluetooth connection by turning your device's Bluetooth off for one minute and then back on.
-Turn your audio device off and then back on.
-Complete a reset of your earbuds.
Please do not hesitate to reach out to us at [email protected] and we'll be glad to help out.
