I bought these with some good recommendations from coworkers. I like the fit of the earbuds. The fins are nice and flexible enough to allow movement for a really good fit in the ear, but firm enough to keep them in the ears. The cups are soft and snug in the ear canal. The sound is very good. I am able to hear a very good range of sound. There is a limit on how strong the bass can punch, as it does distort when the volume increases. Luckily for me, I tend to not have the volume that high. Battery life is good. I like when I power up the earbuds and I am told how much battery is left prior to start. I also like when I was notified when the battery was at 15% capacity, and not remind me every minute that the battery was low. The extra that is nice is the app that you download. There is so much that the app offers that it is overwhelming. I have to spend some time navigating the app to provide a better critique of the app, but I found a preset that I liked and was able to modify it slightly to optimize it for what I listen to. A very good product.

Not bad for the price. Black Friday had a better deal on these then what I paid. Full retail would of not been worth it for them. Battery is decent and sound quality is pretty good. They don’t fall out of my ear when doing any physical activity so not bad.

These go on sale often so don't hesitate to snag them when they do! We love the Jaybird series as it has historically done well with running for us. It syncs very well with the Garmin 945 and does not drop connection. The battery lasts a while with a single charge. Love the durability, and after using truly wireless earbuds for a while, it is a nice reminder of how nice it is to have the behind the neck straps for quick breathers.

The headphones are good and I can't hear the lawn mower even though it says they aren't noise cancelling. I got them on sale for a great price I have used them several times over the past 3 weeks and it is still at 60%. The jaybird equalizer let's you put the sound how you like. These are a good fit and with the clip I can clip it to my shirt or back of my hat so it's not touching my neck. When they go on sale I will buy another pair.

    Good Bluetooth Headphones

These bluetooth headphones on sale is an excellent value. Picked it up for $79.99 and I can say it's worth it for that price. The battery holds a 6 hour charge, which is subpar for a this type of bluetooth headphones but compared to it's bigger brothers, the X4 (8 hrs - $130) and the Tarah Pro (14 hrs -$160), you get what you pay for. The fins/tips and fit of the headphones feels good and fits in my ears perfectly. It has decent audio and an excellent app for equalizing. It is also completely sweat and water proof which is my favorite part of the headphones. However, my two biggest complaints with this pair of headphones are the lack of a carrying case which I can't imagine is that expensive and should be included and the chord/cinch combo. The chord sticks to your sweaty neck and becomes more of a hassle when trying to turn your head and the cinch comes off easily as I tighten it. Otherwise, 4 stars and is not bad if you're only using these to work out in.

I’ve had these for about a day or so and have been using them to work out and when I’m just running around. The good, they are extremely comfortable. I mean right out of the box, the fit in my ears and have a snug fit. They came about 55% charged, which will probably vary depending on how long they’ve sat before they shipped. The neck strap was long enough to fit around my head and allowed a good range of motion and still didn’t fall out. The bad, the sound quality is not that great. They sound very “tinny” and forget about any bass response at all. These are treble filled earbuds. I played around with the settings after downloading the app and although they sounded better, they were still less than ideal for my music preferences. The app has a lot of presets that you can save for use as your sound equalizer, but even with that, I was disappointed. This is my second pair of JayBird earphones and honestly, the X2’s are a much better pair. Granted the price points are different, but I would honestly rather pay more for a quality pair of earbuds than to have something with far less sound quality. The other negative about these earbuds for me is the charging cable. To charge these you have to sit them in a seat on the cable and plug the cable up to a USB port. For me it’s just one more thing to carry and potentially lose. Once you lose the cable, you can’t charge these anymore. I think this is a poor way to charge any set of headphones. I would rather have just gotten a micro usb cable and called it a day. Overall, I’m not terribly impressed with these headphones and would not recommend them.

I use these headphones for cycling and other sports activities. They have held up well to getting wet, and also covered with lots of sweat. I can't say much for the sound quality, but their overall functionality has been good. They are also comfortable in the ears even for several hours at a time. I can't confirm the battery life, but I have easily gone up to 5 hours of continuous use on one charge. The only issue has been after about a year of use, the charging gives me issues. I believe it is due to the build up of grime in the connections. I've tried cleaning it out, but it still gets fussy.

As an avid marathon runner, my husband bought the Jaybird’s after having issues with other “sweat-proof” headphones. The fit and sound performance, especially for bass heavy music is amazing! I have small ears and have had no issues with them slipping out. Bluetooth connection is a breeze and they hold a battery charge perfectly to last past my 20 mile runs. I highly recommend the Jaybird wireless to all avid runners.

    Preferred These Over Beats

Used and compared this product along with the latest/top model Beats wireless in ear headphones and I could not tell much, if any, difference in the sound quality. Used both of them for walking/jogging, lifting weights, mountain biking and around the house listening. The Beats may have had slightly more bass but the overall sound quality and clarity of the Tarah Jaybird met my needs. The cord joining the Beats earbuds is rounded so it rarely clings or sticks to your neck when you turn your head to the side. In contrast, the Jaybird cord is flat so there have been times when it stuck to my neck when I turned my head and there was a slight tug of the cord against my ear. In ear comfort of each brand was essentially the same. The ears "wings" of the Tarah, which goes into the outer rim of your ear, works in keeping the earbuds securely in place but you have to get used to the feeling. I was drawn to this Tarah brand/model because it is IPX7 waterproof so I can use it in the rain, while canoeing/kayaking, etc. without worry. The Beats were only sweat proof, I believe. I use my headphones alot doing outdoor activities so the wireless/cord ear phones were my preference over using truly wireless earbuds that could get lost easily. There is an included, small clip at the base of the cord of the Tarah that can attach to your shirt/jacket collar for added security. So far, my headphones have never become disconnected from my ears nor fallen off during ACTIVE use. Phone calls work and sound well with both the Tarah and Beats. Both were easy to pair to my iPhone using blue tooth. Each time you turn on the Tarah, it tells you how much battery level you have. I believe the Beats held a longer charge for longer playing time than the Tarah, but the use time of the Tarah suits my needs and I just charge it if/when I need to. The Tarah has a slightly different/non traditional USB charger that serves as a cradle that you place the volume control into. I have not had any issues with it. In contrast, the Beats used a standard micro USB cable. If you lose/damage the charger for the Tarah, it would be harder to replace than the charger for the Beats. Beats gives you a carrying case/bag for the headphones. The Tarah does not come with either. Audio controls on the Beats are controlled on the base of the ear bud itself. In contrast, the audio controls of the Tarah are controlled on the short panel on the wire about two inches down from the ear bud. I was initially concerned that the slight weight/balance the panel would be distracting but I got use to it. Audio controls for each brand were easy to use & straight forward. I bought this new product/color option on a clearance price which was roughly half the price of the Beats product, which I ultimately returned.

I listen to a lot of podcasts, news and audio books. The Jaybirds Tarah delivers high quality sound for a good price. The earbuds are a very comfortable fit and stay in my ears when I am walking or working out. Also, they are compact compared to several other higher ed blue tooth earphones. They are durable, light weight and nicely styled. I am very happy with them.

I am very impressed with these headphones. I was reluctant to spend more than $30 on buds, but I needed reliable Bluetooth headphones that wouldn't crap out on me. The earbuds sit really snug in my ear (it takes some experimenting to get the right fit that's comfortable for you), and the entire set feels very light on my neck. Every time you turn it on it notifies you of its battery life which I find VERY useful. Lastly, I downloaded the app as prompted and loved all the customization options it came with! Big fan of the free upbeat playlists I can utilize for future workouts. I highly recommend these headphones for full workday wear + for exercising. I was overwhelmed with which Bluetooth headphones were right for me, so glad I stumbled upon these!

I purchased these because the price was so good and I needed to replace anold pair of Jaybirds that I have been using for 4 years. So far they are comfortable, stay in my ears during my workout and sound great. I use them when doing my daily workout routine. I would recommend Jaybirds, because they have served me well.

These are very nice headphones and very comfortable. I've only had them a few days, but they sound very good. The app that you can download on your phone is very cool - you can completely customize the sounds and save templates for different type of music. My only complaint is that the charger is not universal. They have their own special charger and the charger cord is USB and is only about 2 inches long. Additionally, they claim to last 6 hours, but when listening to music above 70% volume, they last about 3 hours. Overall - they are a great value. I got them on sale for $50 and I would consider the sound comparable to the Beats X in ear head phones. Well worth the money

Most in ear headphones don't stay in my ears at all, unless they hook over my ear. But these do stay really well. The sound is really good for the price and I'm pretty happy over all. One down side is they sometimes won't connect back to my laptop or phone after a call comes in. I'll have to reset them. Overall a good value.

The headphones are great at this price point. The sound quality is nice. They are well built. They connect to the phone (mine is android) very easily. The charge seems to be decent. One issue I have with these headphones is that they tend to slide towards the right ( the volume control buttons are closer to the right ear, hence the weight). This sometimes create an odd feeling of stuck wire on your neck pulling towards to one side. Why don't they build two pads on both sides to balance the weight, this could also increase the battery life, a random thought anyway. Otherwise I recommend these headphones.

Work great for running and stairs. Like that it has a volume control on it and pairs with my Garmin Vivoactive 4 easily. Use a lot during workouts. I haven't run with music for years, so it took some getting used to, but they are comfortable and very affordable with great sound.
