This is the second pair my husband has gone through! He wore his first set for YEARS (as an electrician) at work and they survived a LOT of wear and tear. Once they finally started to die he tried a "cheaper" option.......so here we are back to Jaybird buying his second pair! It's not worth the money you might save! These last FOREVER and are worth every penny! Great sound as well!!

This is the second pair that i have purchased and the second pair with the same issue. First, these headphones do sound good and the EQ personalization is great. However, this is only good if the headphones work, which they don't 80% of the time. Often times, after taking then out of the case, there is no sound, even though the ear buds and app say they are connected. You have to disconnect bluetooth and reconnect them for them to work. If you change app (say from pandora to netflix) you will habe the same issue, no audio. I have soft reset them, hard reset them and factory reset them. Seems like a firmware issue to me, have two pair with the wxact same issue. I really do like the fit, sound and app. I am hoping for a firmware update prior to the return window closing. If it doesn't come before then i will be returning my second pair.

New features don’t justify $200 price tag.

Not worth the price. I noticed some connectivity issues even after a full firmware update. My phone (iPhone 12 pro) didn’t always recognize the headphones. It seemed like taking them out of my ears without putting them back in the case then trying to reconnect them caused some kind of glitch. It was frustrating to figure out how to get them to connect again quickly. Closing any app that played sound seemed to solve the problem but who wants to do that every time? The first version of the Vista earbuds work just fine without any issues. Sound quality was slightly better in the new version. The noise cancellation feature worked well. The other mode with pass through background noise was pointless. It heavily reduced sound quality. Battery life was average. Overall, if you’re in the market for new earbuds and really want to stick with Jaybird you should wait for the company to work out the bugs in the Vista 2 or buy the first version of the Vistas.

Sounded good, I liked the design and fit. Small and compact making it easy to carry. But returned to store because they kept connecting to my phone while in their case. They were also not easy to pair, directions that came with them didn't help. Thankfully there's YouTube

Great for everyday use but really good for exercising/workouts or anyone working outside. Snug fit that wont move around no matter what you do & will not be affected by water, rain, sweat or anything else nature might bring your way. Fully customizable in the Jaybird to work how you want them to. Really truly solid earbuds

I purchased this for my wife and she absolutely loves it. She was hesitant to get true wireless earbuds since she has misplaced wireless headphones in the past, around the house, however this has a find me feature which she loves. She does which the actual case could admit a sound as well since it only has a flashing light but no biggie. Sound quality is excellent and the buds stay put.

I read many reviews before making my decision. After all of my research, I was excited to use them. I liked the size and fit in my ears. I also liked that Logitech will let you could replace one earbud or the batteries.
I am not averse to paying for quality. I had been using a pair of Bose earbuds that were out of warranty (2 years). Their only remedy for failing battery life was purchase a new pair.
I use the Jaybird Vista 2's mostly when working out on my Peloton bike, and there is where the challenges have been. First, it took about a half hour to figure out how to pair them, since they had initially been paired to my iPhone. Second, I will often ride for more than an hour. If I stack classes, these earphones will often disconnect during the last session as if to say, "That is enough!" There is plenty of battery left (as it tells me, "Battery 80%"). More annoying is when this happens, no button press sequences will allow me to reconnect. I'm left to finish the class with the Peloton speaker. I am not going to stop (regardless of the new pause functionality) just to get my earbuds to re-cooperate.

Mostly a fail

This is my second Jaybird product and second fail by Jaybird. I really wanted these to be great but they fell short. First, the good: The fit is good, and I’d say maybe the best for the gym. So many in-ear headphones sound great when you’re standing upright but lose their seal when bending forward or lying flat at a bench press. These hold their seal in nearly any position, which is about the only thing they excelled at.
The connectivity is awful. If they’re beyond 18 inches or so from my phone, the signal cuts out repeatedly. Jay bird’s literature seems to think this is normal for Bluetooth. Then why even bother with wireless? Might as well be tethered by a wire.
The call quality is also non existent. Calls cut out and people on the other end say my voice cuts in and out.
Soundwise, the mids seemed muddled and the highs never sound bright.
Will be going back to a different pair of wireless headphones.

Clear sound and strong bass! Unfortunately experienced several connectivity issues across devices as well as damage to the case and hinge from drop height within specifications. Happy with the sound, dissapointed with the connectivity and fragility.

I wanted to love these, but I didn’t. The music sound was really good. The ANC was not intuitive and didn’t disengage/re-engage without using the app. Construction was solid for the buds and the case. The biggest issue was the audio when calls came in. VERY BAD. Crackling in my ear.

Logitech makes great speakers, and some really good headphones as well. The sound on these is ridiculous, especially with all the EQ settings it has. Hands down some of the loudest earbuds I've tried.
The noise cancelling isn't the best, but gets the job done. One thing that could use some work is the ANC turn on and off not a seamless transition.
The controls are pretty cool, but can hurt because it feels like you have to jam the earbuds into your ear.

I love these. Perform great. Great sound. Stay in my ear while exercising. The Active Noise Canceling(ANC) is great for working at the office, and the SurroundSense is great for running on the road and be able to listen to your surroundings while still having some music on. I have the AirPods Pro and I prefer the Vista 2.

These EarPods are awesome. I bought these to replace my Bose that have broken three times and I’ve had enough. I cycle a lot and use my EarPods 3-4 times a week. The sound quality is exceptional for music, but for calls they are ok. I didn’t buy them to make calls. I bought them to use while I sweat and exercise. The IP 68 waterproof is execeptional.

I’ve had many pair of Jaybird headphones, and so far, these are my favorites. Battery life is pretty good- enough to get through a day of intermittent meetings and then hit the gym without recharging. Connectivity is also easy both on laptop and phone. Sound quality is great, and tuning via the app is easy.

Quite impressed with how far this company has come especially love the water resistance for these earbuds and how well they stay in place wouldn't want anything less for it being 2021 most earbuds dont even come close to how resistant these are and paired with the app and changing the EQ settings on the fly make it even better
