I got these after giving my Bose Soundsports to my wife. I absolutely LOVE these earbuds. They stay in my ear perfectly, are very comfortable, and have excellent sound quality. I've found them great for the gym, and they stay in much better than my Soundsport. This was easily the best electronics purchase I made this year.

Ever since the first jaybird x models came out, I have always had great sound quality. Now these jaybird X4's finally come with a rating for dust and water. This great for a person just like me who is unfortunately rough with items. I like to take my jaybird X4's everywhere and stuff them in my pocket! So with the dust and water rating I know they won't get damaged. The only thing you have to do is to change out the tips. I even get these new sport tips from comply here at Best buy. The comply tips are the only thing I have to worry about. I do warn not to lose the charging dongle. It seems like something that can be easily lost if you misplace it. The jaybird app that comes with this, is okay. You must mess with the app to find what's best for you. Unfortunately, the app will start your sound quality at a flat setting. But once you learn the app and register your jaybird X4's, then the same jaybird sound quality comes back!

This is my 3rd wireless earphone/headphone. I had Beats, my favorite, a Bose, misplaced both of them. What I Iike about this product is the sleek design. The sound quality is perfect though I sometimes can’t get the right amount of bass, which would lead me to my only issue with this product that it doesn’t fit my ear well, I need to really keep on adjusting it to get the right fit and sound I need. But I don’t think it’s the products fault, I’m sure it fits other ears.

Battery life is much greater than advertised, seems as though I never charge them. Out of the box their sound is sub-par as expected from any Bluetooth headphone; However, with their app and extremely customizable equalizer, leveling the sound reproduction yielded a fantastic output. Bluetooth headphones (to date) won’t yield audiophile-like sound reproduction with the bit rates, but these do a really great job once leveled. Few drawbacks: -The fitment customization is definitely a pro, although once that fitment is found, the ability to retain the clocking on the ear retainers is sub-par compared to other headphones, and a bit frustrating at times- as well as the inner-ear pieces staying put. -Headphones do stick out a bit, but not as bad as some other competitors. They’re just not a low-profile piece if that’s a priority.

Purchased these to use while working around the house and for going on runs. So far, they seem to stay in my ears and haven’t fallen out on their own yet. The sound quality is good, and the Jaybird app lets you change the audio settings, track their last paired location, and battery level. No complaints as of yet. But if they’re like any TV or remote I’ve purchased from Best Buy in the past 8 years.. I expect the protection plan I purchased will come in handy.

Great sound and battery life. I used these everyday for over a year at work. Good thing I got the Best Buy replacement warranty because soon after the year mark one side of the headphones started to cut out. Not sure if it was because of how I was wearing them or if it was the travel pouch that comes with this product. Most likely it was just due to bending the wires. Other than that great product.

Been using these for some time now and I feel I’ve got enough experience to write a legitimate review. They connect as easily as you’d expect from any Bluetooth earbuds. An option I highly recommend is downloading the Jaybird app so you can adjust your EQ settings, see battery life, etc. These earbuds don’t excel in any category but they perform very well in the lows, mids and highs. Worth every penny.

Bought these for my husband as he wanted something to use at the gym. These Jaybird wireless headphones were exactly what he wanted. They're lightweight, have great sound, and stay in place throughout his entire workout. Would definitely buy again.

Love jaybird x4 for gym, yardwork, work, walking/running with with dog. Multiple tips and wings to fit all ears. Love the app for custom eq to fit your need. I will say when I pair to my work phone Samsung S8 which I can't install jaybird app the volume seems to be low. But that's my only gripe an not a big one. But very durable with sweaty workouts. Long battery life. Upgraded to these from x3

The headphones are amazing. They are so comfortable and hard to notice when you are wearing them. The sound is quite impressive and the battery life is the best that I have seen from a small device.

Bought these for my son, and he loves them! He is something of a headphone snob...very picky about the headphones he will wear, and he was very happy with these. They are as advertised...lightweight, waterproof and great sound quality.

I've got some other headphones, but these are my favorite. They are really light, and the sound (once paired with the app and customized) is fantastic. Comfort and fit are as expected.

These are good headphones. Sound is great. Easy to set up. Better quality that lots of others I’ve tried. Only gripe is they are too short. The lay around your neck but they slide back and forth. They come with a little clip that attaches to the back of your shirt which solves the problem, but the clip broke in Like 2 weeks. It’s so annoying. Also the charger is a product specific charger.

The performance was exactly what I was looking for. I spend a lot of time on calls daily while mobile and was tired of cheaper models that wouldn’t stay connected to my iPhone. These were easy to set up, have great audio quality and after having them nearly a full year they still perform very well. If you are looking for BT for TV watching, they are also great for this purpose. Other BT devices I have tried have horrible delay, but these work great. The only reason I didn’t give 5 star is because the rubber pieces don’t stay on the buds well. It comes with a couple of sizes so at least you have a backup, but I lost both the ear insert pieces and the curved retainer pieces a few times. When hanging around your neck they may get bumped or snag on your collar and without even knowing it the rubber piece will be gone. I learned to watch this closely, I just wish they were designed in a way to stay in place better.

Ive had the older versions and they worked great had them for many years and was very satisfied. The battery life was going down on a full charge they lasted two hours at most depending on volume level so i figured that it was time to get new updated versions. So I watched and read a lot of reviews and they all said how great they are sound quality, app features with equalizer, battery life, fast charging but none of the reviews mentioned how bad the connection is when you are outdoors. Inside they work great and are fine but as soon as you go outside they would start having a little skipping effect for split seconds. At first you think its probably just notifications coming in but then you realize its happening to many times. I've tried unpairing them and seeing if it was the music app then decide to search the web for info and all you see is how they had this issue with the previous model the x3's and have not fixed it with the x4's . For the price of these headphones this should not happen. It is pass my return date so I will have to live with them but if I can keep someone else from wasting there money then that is great.

Overall, I like these headphones. I use them for working out - running and cycling and occasionally lifting weights. The silicone ear buds don't always stay in. The ear fins are soft and relatively comfortable, but do require adjustments to keep them in the ears. The jaybird app is great and you can adjust the headphones, so you can have a consistent sound regardless of what it is paired to.

I have now had about 5 pair of these. They work great and the battery lasts a long time. Unfortunately, after several months one side usually goes out and I use the warranty and get another pair, which is frustrating. I do use them several hours each day. I actually have 2 pair of them and am constantly listening to books on them. So far, they are the best I have found.

looked for blue tooth that would fit under my helmet and also have great sound jaybirds are by far the best ive seen on the market me personally have never heard of them before and now I wont listen to any other !!!!! def a must have if you ride your chopper and love music while doing so! great price even greater sound quality and the APP on your phone is freeand easy to use

Enjoyed the X2 headphones I had for several years and knew I needed to upgrade soon. Got these based on how great the older ones were. Really happy with these, they are lighter, sound better, and fit great!

Husband had originally bought the X3 for his birthday, he loves researching products and it fit the bill. After lots of good use the X3's finally began to experience issues and the time to upgrade arrived. Absolutely loves the sound, the bass is deeper, the highs are more precise. Battery Life is about the same as the X3 which gives him a whole day of use, generally charges overnight Charger system is essentially the same as previous, do NOT lose it for dongle is expensive to replace Wireless reach is a LOT farther than the X3, he can leave his phone in the house and walk outside to throw out the trash and still not disconnect (20ft?) Phone app is great to choose your sound Overall 5 stars! would definitely buy again!
