I am a welder in a noisy environment and these are amazing. They work like decent earplugs and allow me to listen to music or audiobooks on low. For great and I had issues with my X3s not fitting comfortably. I use these while mowing, on my treadmill, and so on. The sound quality is great and love the app that is used with them on a smartphone. It really gives me the sound control to listen for long periods of time without making my tinnitus worse or more noticeable. The plastic part that is included to adjust the length between the buds is great, stays in place, no slipping, and not event noticeable. I would recommend this product.

Sound quality - awesome. Waterproof? You bet. Secure? Yup. These headphones are incredible for running - highly recommend. A charge lasts me all week (that's about 3 hours worth of running).

The overall sound quality is great, and with the Jaybird app you can customize the sound to your own preference. The battery life is decent, and the waterproof quality is really nice.

These things are great for those looking for headphones that will stay on and have great sound while being active. Battery life is decent and they’re easy to clean and maintain.

Pros: -Great sound -easy setup -Puts up with lots of sweat and hard workouts Cons: -Pricey -Dont fit as well as previous models -these are the third pair of Jaybirds Ive purchased because the -previous two models died without explanation.

So purchased a set of these but had to return them the next day after work. They sound freaking amazing thanks to being able to adjust the sound through the app and the great bass helps a lot as well. Calls however can be a huge issue. Both my personal and work phone are on Verizon. I found that if i made a call to another Verizon phone, the call volume was very low even with the volume turned all the way up. That includes both the phone and the headset volume. Reason being is a feature that Verizon has called HD calling which helps with better call quality and also gives the ability to surf the web and talk at the same time. Yes, that shouldn't even be an option on any cell phone carrier these days but it also shouldn't matter for the headset either as I have had several headsets with a Verizon phone and never had this issue.

I searched a lot and read alot of reviews before finally choosing this set. My main concern was over all loudness because I needed a set that I could hear over my loud pipes on the bike. I have to say these work really well. I do have to crank them up considering the circumstances but I dont get any distortion. And the earpieces fit snugly and haven't fallen out while cruising. I would have chosen true wireless buds but losing them while riding is a big worry so I went wired. And am very happy with them. Not a bad price, charge quickly, fit snugly and have a really good sound.

These headphones are comfortable, especially if you normally don’t like the pairs that go into your ear canal. They still go in, but aren’t forced to go as deep as other pairs due. Plus, there’s not just the traditional rubber ear pieces in there, but there are foam ones you can use instead. The wing options help the eat pieces stay in your ear when working out so it’s less likely to fall when you’re running too. The Jaybird app that you can use helps you customize the sound of what you’re listening to, and even has a fit guide as you initially set them up so you can find the buds that work for you.

I love these headphones. They have great sound, good base. The app is easy to navigate. Plus I have very small ears and they fit without falling out.

Okay so I was training for the AC marathon and 3 days before the race my headphones stopped working,I had been training for 3 months with music and and knew I couldn't run without it so what do you do, go to bestbuy! They did an awesome job with my warranty and I got these awesome jaybird headphones that were easy to pair with my phone the sound quality was great right out of the box and they fit nicely in my ears and I love the fact that I could clip them behind my neck instead of under it,so I was able to run 26.2 miles with no issues and hit my goal of 3:30:15 thanks

They fit really well, and stay in place, even during exercise and running. I personally like the over ear approach suggested in the provided manual. I love the app you can get on your phone (free) and then adjust the sound to your liking. Great product with lots of options. If you are getting these for exercise purposes, be sure to get the protection plan. It is possible (if you sweat enough) to eventually short these out. However, that's true for any earbuds. They are absolutely worth it tho.

These are a great pair of headphones. I workout often and needed something that would stay in my ears for long cardio sessions. The sound is great, but could be better. When I run outside the wind overshadows the music but in the gym they are perfect and block out nearly all sound.

Sound is amazing, almost no flaws in that department. Fit is comfortable, more so than the 3s, and the battery is so much better. Thank you Jaybird!!

Sound is absolutely amazing and the included app is fun to play with. Fit very well and are comfortable. I prefer using the shirt clip and they never fall out. Only think is the battery life has gotten shorter since I got it but I am contacting the company to find a solution

Great sound and better battery life, however it doesn’t fold up the extra cord neatly in a clip like the X3. Now when I turn my head the extra cord gets snagged on whatever I’m wearing and is uncomfortable.

Have been tentative to buy wireless headphones, because I didn’t want to be up a creek if I ran out of battery power. Since getting these I can go several days before recharging them, when I typically listen to them for a couple hours a day. They have a fast charge too, so if you charge them for 10 minutes they’ll last for an hour. The sound quality is great too, used to have Bose earbuds and they would break after about a year or so. Have had these for about 2 months now and am really enjoying them.

I'm a headphone junky and have been looking for the perfect headphones for working out. I think I found them. They are a bit pricey but well worth it. Bluetooth pairing is easy. Range is good. They fit well and stay in my ears even when lifting and jogging. They clip to each other magnetically and when clipped together like that they pause the music. They have an incredible battery life. Advertised as up to 14 hours and I've got pretty close to that number in my own usage. HIGHLY recommend.
