Super excited to get it and it didn't even have the tag... called customer support and couldn't exchange of course because they're sold out everywhere. The best they could offer was a full return or 5 dollars to keep it. Seriously? Ordered the Gengar from here and had zero issues at all. As a collector, I like my things to have the tags on them... Thanks for ruining that Best Buy! Will be returning :)
