Upon arrival and picking up order noticed it was all stained. Called customer service and they took care of me! Keel items sealed in original packaging for next time.

It was bigger than I thought compared to the 12” snorlax

And they're always just the perfect amount of squeezable, Snorlax is no exception. He's also great because he has nothing hanging off of him to get caught on anything or loose stuffing from. 10 out of 10!

Charging more than other retailers

I love this product and love pokemon. I was lucky enough to get my hands on it. Great quality and one of my favorite pokemon. Just wish best buy was fair on the price instead of being greedy. I guess i expect that from best buy now anyways. Snorlax 5 stars in my heart. Best Buy no.
