    Aside from mine coming to me looking like a forklift running it over and Best Buy unwilling to refund me for it - it’s become a Dog toy after a failed wash. The 2 stars are for the packaging on Best Buy’s part and their failed attempt at resolution with me. A friend said theirs looked like it was run over as well, what’s going on?
