The box had tape on it that said “inspected by Best Buy” but when I opened it, my Safa had no squishmallows hang tag and the tummy of Safa had black marks (looked like finger/hand prints) on it that I couldn’t rub off so it’s like stuck on there hard. I wish I could’ve easily exchanged with an exchange option but instead I have to return bc that’s the only option and I don’t want to have Best Buy hold my funds twice by placing a second order while waiting for my first refund. Sigh.
