I have very high ceilings and have found that it needs to be set on blue tooth and set closer to the people listening to the program. Especially programs with heavy English accents. I had purchased a Vizio previously but it is in storage but found it to be better as far as being able to adjust the “tones”. I love best buy and will continue to make my purchases there.

Mostly, It seemed to just have had more intense volume output. But for a lower end soundbar, That's to be expected.

When you connect to TV, sound is annoying. TV speaker is clear than this sound bar. No sound balancing between voice and background music.
